The Cleaning Authority

I hired this company in May, 2013 for a monthly cleaning. The first 2 cleanings seemed OK, although I noticed a couple things, no «clean house smell» when I arrived home from work, I also wasn’t impressed that they didn’t empty my coffee pot. Then my kids moved home, the house got a little dirtier and by the 3^rd clean, I called afterward to complain about dirty floors, bathtub, mirrors and dust. They sent the crew back the same day with a supervisor and finished the work, apologizing all the way. The next clean, (their last) was even worse. Didn’t dust several surfaces, mirrors only partially done and the vacuuming wasn’t good, how do you screw up vacuuming? Anyway, first time shame on them, second time, shame on me. Fired them yesterday.
