Simple casual French Bistro cuisine with farm to table focus. The Lynn on Bryant, hopes to be a community hub for the residents of Lynnhurst, to serve as a conduit between farmers and diners and, above all, to provide a rich and memorable dining experience.
Each meal provides us with an opportunity to serve our friends and neighbors. Each plate provides us an opportunity to tell another story.
We are proud to prepare our meals with products from local farms, purveyors, and individuals. Our partners include Ames honey, Bergin Fruit and Nut, Bullfrog’s Eat My Fish Trout Farm, Grass Run Farms Beef, Kadejan Farms Chicken, LaBore Farm, Laughing Loon, Stone’s Throw Urban Farm, Chris Young, Matt Miller, Ted King, Vince Jones, Au Bön Canard, and Sandra Jean’s just to name a few.

Originally from Vermont, Peter Ireland moved to Minneapolis with his wife Rebecca because of its blend of urban amenities and access to the outdoors. Peter brings a unique blend of experiences to the Twin Cities food scene. He’s worked in kitchens from France to Beijing, in some of the nation’s top restaurants and a restaurant-style soup kitchen in Chicago.
