Yours by Design Heating & Cooling

I am a hospital clinician and my husband is in his medical residency. We had to leave work early in order to be home by 4pm for our scheduled appointment (made over a week ago). It is now 440 and they have no showed and no called. Additionally we called them and there was no answer. We are already out an afternoon of work with a crazy hard schedule to manage and our furnace still not addressed.
What a bummer.
Update:got ahold of owner and he was very apologetic. States he lost the appointment and rescheduled for tomorrow. Will keep updating (this is when you learn about a business… how they react when things go wrong)

Wow, what a great service! My ac went down and I was searching on Craiglist for someone who is available on a short note. Finding a professional can be such a hussle for a single woman. Who can I trust? Who won’t overcharge me? Who is ethical? I don’t feel comfortable letting strangers in my house…
Dan responded to my late night desperate email promptly and was available the next day.
Luckily it was an easy fix, but Dan and Dave offered to check entire system, gave me a few good tips how to keep it running smooth, and even fixed some leaking problems in the basement.
Being so pleased with their service, I asked if they know plumbing. OMG! They said yes. Dave checked my kitchen faucet that was making some gurgling sound, wrote down for me what parts I need to get in Home Depot and said he will fix it at my convenience!!!
That was absolutely amazing, highly professional service! Incredible work ethic, friendly attitude, what else can you ask for?!
Dan’s number is in my contact list now. Great to know that I have a reliable service when I needed.

I contacted them a couple times for a couple different issues with my 10 year old AC system in my rental property in Lakeville. They gave a fair quote and offered to come to the house ASAP. I connected with Dan, he was humble and honest. And now both my AC problems are now fixed!
