These guys saved my life (possibly literally).
I accidentally wrote over my wife’s Windows installation trying to install a dual-​boot for Linux. The computer wasn’t even bootable after that. And of course, that’s the computer she was keeping all of our family photos on. And of course, we weren’t backing that computer up, even though we know better.
I tried the local guys, and they sent back our computer with a disheartening message: No data. So I sent it to Secure Data Recovery.
Every step of the process was easy as can be. My assigned customer rep (Alec) was very helpful and quite responsive for every question I had. And within only a few days, we had our files back. Some files proved to be unrecoverable, but overall the recovery was an enormous success, beyond my wildest hopes. In total, we estimate 90−95% of our pictures and documents were recovered, maybe even more.
These guys gave me a «do-​over» to fix some of the worst days of my life. Thanks!
