Assisting Hands of Minneapolis provides the finest personalized elder skilled nursing and in home care throughout the Twin Cities, allowing our clients to live safely in their homes. Our trained home health aides overcome those challenges, and make home a better place to be. We include home health care services of companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping and errands, light housekeeping and laundry, bathing, dressing, and transferring. Our skilled nursing services include medication administration, post surgical care, wound care, and cancer care. We provide advanced caregiving Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s training giving families better care options and help build a supportive environment in spite of these diseases. We give family caregivers respite relief according to their schedule; as little as 3 hours a week up to 24 hour live in care.
