Our treatment approach is integrative and includes spinal and extremity adjusting, the use of ultrasound/​electric stim, massage, acupuncture, advanced stretching and exercise rehabilitation. The treatment is customized to you. There are three phases of care: decrease pain; improve range of motion; and properly strengthen to prevent further injury and promote wellness.

Business Owner

Ashley Elmer, D.C. was raised in Minnesota and attended the University of Minnesota Duluth where she completed her undergraduate studies. She graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Elmer focuses on an integrative treatment approach including spinal and extremity adjusting, the use of ultrasound or electrical stimulation, soft tissue work, advanced stretching, exercise rehabilitation and ergonomic and nutritional counseling.
