I had boycotted Best Buy in the past and I’m doing it again. I have a new mac bought there and I’ve had nothing but problems. The sales person told me that Mac’s don’t get virus’ not true! My mac was full of malwear from the moment I turned it on. They charged me $ 279.00 to fix it and put on a security system. The dishwasher i bought two years ago broke down with in a couple of months. It was fixed four times within a year and Best Buy just blew me off. Buy at your own risk — once you buy something you are on your own!

This review is for Jamaal Dobbins in the Samsung part of the store. Jamaal spent an incredible amount of time with me — helping to explain the product and advising me. He really knew was he was doing! Thanks for employing capable and smart people, Best Buy. You’ve got a winner with Jamaal.

Best Buy is Best Buy — for the most part — so this review is strictly for the Geek Squad Automotive Installers. The dudes here are simply amazing. They are so nice and informative and don’t get short when you ask them 871651321 questions about how the remote start works with your new push-to-start vehicle, and what the pieces look like, and if the locks will still work, and why your lights aren’t on anymore… you get the picture(I had a lot of questions). My most recent experience was having my remote start installed in my 2015 vehicle. I was nervous because it was the first one of the model year they would be touching, but they kept my trust with answering all my questions and ensuring me it would be done properly and timely. They even go over your new features and make sure you know how to use it — and that it works properly — before you leave the store. I would recommend everyone go here for anything they need installed in their vehicle. Like I said, they are simply amazing. Work is 100% guaranteed, warrantied for as long as you own the vehicle.

I had a terrible experience buying my iPhone here. I do not think that one or both of the people who were supposed to help me understood the plan, because I asked about changes in costs for my phone plan, was told no change would occur, and later learned that my new two year contract increased in price by $ 500 over the life of the contract. I am VERY disappointed in my Best Buy experience. ATT has a store off of Plymouth Road right up the hill. If I ever feel like getting ripped off by ATT again, I will go there to talk to people who understand and deal with ATT contracts regularly so that I can at least anticipate the rip off and make sure I can afford it. I intend to dump this Best Buy and ATT as soon as possible. Republic Wireless and Virgin Mobile are way less expensive, but, unfortunately, I am going to get raked over the coals for this two year contract, because Best Buy deceived me and I found out too late. All the woman who helped me had to say was that it was too late to change the contract. That is probably somewhat fair. But what is absolutely ridiculous is that instead of accepting or considering the possibility of her wrong doing, she blamed her coworker who no longer works there. The lack of accountability is appalling and is costing me serious money. Do not EVER go to this Best Buy’s ATT service desk.
