Fit 12 Health & Fitness is a 24 hour fitness center providing service in Minnesota for Plymouth, St Louis Park, Hopkins and Minnetonka. Fit12 is more than just a gym, providing some of the best equipment in the area, with a variety of cardio equipment, resistance training equipment, Boot Camps, nutrition consultation, red light therapy, hydro massage, tanning and more. Fit 12 caters to people of all ages and walks of life wanting to start or continue a fitness program. The benefits of Fit12 are not limited to just exercise; but overall mental and physical fitness. We have a unique approach to memberships also. We believe that you should have a choice, along with a great value for the services provided. Our premium amenities can be added to any gym membership they include: Red Light Therapy, Tanning, and Hydromassage.

History

Established in 2013.

After 18 years of health club experience; the founder wanted to provide a 24 hour fitness and spa where people could exercise in a place where management truly cared about each member achieving their personal fitness goals, and get a great value In addition to gym equipment, we added red light therapy, tanning and hydromassage. This was done to give our members an added wellness benefit with $ 12 monthly rate per amenity.

Meet the Business Owner

Harley M.

Business Owner

Since 1996, Harley has assisted over 100 health club businesses increase their business as a consultant. He also has a vast fitness training history as a personal trainer, including 10 years as a Master Fitness Trainer in the US Army.

Harley served 12 years in the US Army as an infantryman, cavalry scout and airborne. He was awarded many accolades and awards during his time of service, including the Bronze Star for actions in combat.

In 2008 he had created the model for Fit12, and in 2013 was provided the opportunity to open the first Fit12.
