Great photos and photographers but terrible customer service and business model. Once photos are shot you can view them online from home. However, you must setup an appointment (don’t think of just dropping in in them) to visit the store in order to purchase prints. Then you must go to the store to pick up the prints. How about letting me order online as I look at the photos or at least call in my order? I won’t go back.

I bought an package from one of the deal of the day sites for Flash Digital Portraits. They had two photographers in my session and they captured some great shots. There was NO pressure to purchase additional photos, which I appreciated. Cons were that we had to go back on another day to view the photos and then go back again to pick up the photos.

Two words: AMATEUR HOUR. The photographer seemed emphatically bored and was unenthusiastic about taking pictures of my 3 month old. She went through the motions of her job and made no effort to do a great job or make the pictures special. She was dry and boring which is exactly the opposite of what you need when taking pictures of a child. This place was a major let down and in my opinion, the quality of the photos were not «professional». We take better pictures of our baby at home. Needless to say I won’t be returning!

Ive taken my kids here for the last two year’s and I love it as far as photo studios go.
The studio itself is really nice and there’s a good size changing area.
It can be pricey but they also offer discounted specials/​coupons.
The staff is professional and understand the importance of working fast and getting the job done when it comes to impatient little ones.
The prints are great quality and are available within and week. You can also view on-​line for up to 3 months with the option of ordering additional photos.
