Helzberg Diamonds

I dropped my ring off for re-​plating which usually takes 5 minutes, but it took 35 because the clerk could not figure out how to enter it into the register. She was very nice, but very inept.
When I have dropped off my rings before it took 5 days to get it back because the rings had to be shipped out and mailed back. This location has a jeweler in house but for some reason I couldn’t get my ring back for 6 days. When I went to pick up the ring at noon on the day I was told I could pick it up I was told that it was «getting worked on now» and that I could come back at 5. Granted, I am not a jeweler and don’t know how long these things take, but I feel that if I couldn’t pick it up until after 5 I should have been told that. It was also annoying that my ring didn’t get worked on until a few hours before it was supposed to get picked up.
I have gone to several Helzberg stores and have had much faster and far more efficient service so I will not be returning to this one.

Sales woman explained that I could sign up for a monthly payment plan. A week later I received a credit card in the mail– NOT what she said I was signing up for. Thanks for messing with my credit, lady.
Will not be going back.
