I am a former Kay Jewelers customer. Therefore, I was disgusted with the horrible customer service at the Ridgedale Mall location. 3 men that looked and acted like used car salesmen, and a mean beasty woman comprised the staff. They were rude and crass. I left there crying and shaking after being so frustrated and insulted at them not listening to my needs. It frightens me that young couples just starting out may be naïve enough to go there and be swindled into debt owed to these crooks. Please, warn your children, warn your friends, and please, save yourself from being sucked into this vortex. Shame on you Kay Jewelers in Ridgedale Mall!

Very poor customer service, all 3 ladies seemed disinterested with an «I’m over it» attitude. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in. Taking my business elsewhere.

I went into Kay’s at Ridgedale just a couple of days ago. Was just there to gather ideas of what I like. The experience was horrible! I tried to explain to the sales reps why I was there. I said, «I am here to gather ideas of what I like, my boyfriend has been asking me and is flying into MN this week. He already has a line of credit with Kays. His friend is a manger of Kays in TX. However I have a trade in from a previous marriage that I will be trading in at a location here in MN. «They were complete SHARKS! They were telling me to pick out the ring I like and open up my own line of credit and buy the ring. Then he could pay me back! WHAT! Umm. NO! Then they discouraged me by telling me that the ring I liked isn’t that nice, and that I should go with this one___instead. So discouraging. I like Kays. BUT I will NEVEREVER go back to this location. 2 Reps gaining up against just me. HATEDIT! Then I went to Maceys to look at their rings. I was treated with the utmost respect. The sales rep was amazing! And actually listened to my needs. I would buy from her any day.
