My Sister lives in the area & had taken our Mom out to eat @ YUM a few days before we arrived. They were talking about how they never thought they would have salmon as tasty & moist as on their Alaska cruise, but this place was just as good! Well, we had to go try it. It was DELICIOUS. It was a perfectly cooked salmon filet, with a whole mustard sauce(delicious!) Served on a bed of rice, surrounded by some. Perfectly cooked broccoli rabe. It was also topped with(I believe) baby arugula tossed with a vinegrette that, in itself, makes my mouth water thinking of it. We took home 1 slice each of «patty cake» and coconut cake that were AMAZING! The next day, we met our daughter and her boyfriend there to eat(missed the breakfast time, it ends at 11:00) Our daughter had Pizza Margarita, Boyfriend had chicken couscous salad, Husband & I had their hamburger. ALL were substantial & outstanding! Lemon pie is wonderful and makes you pucker I highly recommend YUM. The only complaint I have is that it is loud inside. Once you get the food in front of you, you don’t notice!

This is a nice little spot for lunch! It gets pretty busy over the lunch rush, but the food is worth a little bit of wait. I had the rueben, it was pretty tasty. Instead of thousand island dressing it was made with a roasted red pepper aioli which was a nice change of pace, but still close enough to the original to conquer my hankering for the reuben. The chips that it came with were so-so, a little lacking in the crunch department for my taste. My SO had the brisket sandwich, which was moist and cooked very wonderfully, but the horseradish sauce was fairly bland. Overall, the food was not knock-your-socks– off, jaw-dropping amazing, but was good and will definitely be a nice change of pace from the normal bagged lunch.

Delicious food, friendly staffs & quick service especially during lunch time! Waiting line can get pretty long so either try to arrive early or come after; however, it does move rather quickly as well. I don’t have a favorite dish because everything that I’ve tried so far did not disappoint. The desserts are fabulous as well!

I was so excited when Yum! landed a new location in this spot(formerly Pairings). I went within the first week of opening and have kept going back ever since. I mean really what is there not to love about Yum! The space is nicely appointed with lots of seating and smaller tables. When weather permits there is also an outside patio area. Breakfast is an option here but I’ve only dined for lunch and dinner. I personally like how you just order with the cashier, get a number and then they bring the food to your table. There are lots of healthy options on the menu depending upon what you’re craving. They do a great job with seasoning each dish and entrees are always well presented. I have to say my favorite so far is the«lemon chicken» with broccoli and mashed(I prefer the smashed) potatoes. A must try! Save room for dessert here too! The cupcakes are amazing and of course so is their famous«Paddy cake».

It’s what it says on the tin, it’s delicious. I got a sandwich and was really impressed. I’ve gone back a couple of times for dessert and loved everything.

The food is fresh, the service is quick, and the new location is very clean. The only complaint is that portions could be a bit larger, but they are going for quality, not quantity.

I have always been a HUGE fan of Yum! Whether morning baked goods and coffee; quick lunch, or a spot to meet for business. It is comfortable, casual and spot on. Food and service are excellent and speedy. Everyone is friendly and professional. Favorites? The coffee drinks are good… but the wine is even better! Yum! Cupcakes are to die for, and the grilled chicken is great!

This is another fast casual dinning establishment. You order at the counter, take a number, find a table, get your drink and they bring the food. The only difference from fast food is they walk the food to the table. It is a way to keep costs low and people can avoid tipping the servers. The food is good, sandwiches, burgers, chips etc. But when they are busy you can see the rushed quality of the food and things sliding off the bread. This place is wide open and noisy. Between the loud music playing and people talking it is hard to have a conversation. The patio in the summer is the best part. They have wine and alcoholic beverages, but why would you drink in a pastry shop. The sweets are pricey but good. Good place to have some coffee, a sweet and read the paper or internet.

Apparently, I’ve been to the other location as well and they are pretty consistent. There are plenty of options, and everything is tasty and fresh. I got the buffalo chicken tenders and the blue cheese dip is fantastic, very rich and creamy. I also had the tuna melt here and I like how this was placed on an English muffin and topped with the sliced tomatoes. The baked goods are yummy, too. I saw a variety of orders and everything looked really good, so I don’t think you can go wrong with any choice. Prices are reasonable and staff is nice.

The food was OK, the service was decent. Their serving sizes are large(too large for small eaters) and it was irritating that I couldn’t get a side salad — it was either a large, entrée size salad or nothing which doesn’t make sense to me in a deli type of restaurant. We won’t be going back. My chicken noodle soup was super plain and they included matzo balls even though I didn’t order any. My daughter enjoyed the margarita pizza. Their desserts are so huge that the four of us had to split it and it was still too much. It’s so much nicer to be able to order what we each like in smaller servings.

This was a nice quick bite to eat. The desserts were the best part! I wish the fish and chips had included more fish and less chips. The batter on the fish was nice and crispy. My mom had the salad sampler and the salad was dressed perfectly! The iced tea was AMAZING!

I’ve only been to Yum! for the bakery goods and have to say I definitely enjoy those tiny bites of sugary goodness. I was hungry, it was lunch time, I just finished up an interview and my better half wanted to grab lunch — perfect! She was already waiting with a few co-workers at Yum! and I made my way there. I now hangry and she ordered the chuck burger for me, medium with fries — she wanted my fries, which is why she ordered the burger(sneaky!!!). I’ll say this, if you go during lunch, expect to spend a good chunk of time trying to find a place to park; the lot is small and serves several other businesses. I snagged a spot and found my way to a waiting group of friends — after passing a line of three dozen hungry workers on lunch — lucky me, someone already ordered! A few minutes after I sat down, my lunch arrived. I was excited and hungry, took my first bite of the burger only to be disappointed. There are a few ways to mess with a burger, over cooking it and getting too cavalier with seasoning; in this case, someone dropped the salt shaker on my burger. I was too hungry and too tired and simply ate my way through a pile of salt. I liked the french fries… what was left after my girlfriend ate the rest –__– Not a great first dining experience, like I said, love the baked goods, but no bueno on the food.

I ate here for the first time today, and loved it! The food was very good, although a little expensive. The atmosphere and service were also excellent. I especially loved that the staff dressed up for Halloween-it was quite fun. The only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars is the price, and the fact that the ceiling was leaking somewhere(it had been raining earlier in the day) and dripping on me somewhat.

Great food, service and smiling faces behind the counter. Quality of the food and flavors were surprisingly very very good.

Patti has done it again! Yum seriously has the best of everything — creative menu, delicious food, great relaxed atmosphere with trendy furnishings and helpful staff. My favorites always include the grilled chicken club, gumbo, tuna melt, both farmers and salmon salad, iced chai, ranger cookies and of course the one of a kind chocolate Patti cake! They also serve an amazing breakfast as well as beer and wine — sold! Also — to the person who said they had difficulty parking… this restaurant is located in a shopping type of plaza, which has multiple stores/businesses/cafes and there are at least a hundred spots! Yes, it gets busy at lunch(obviously), but many places wished they had this much parking to offer their customers.

Good was good. Very loud. Very busy. The quality doesn’t match the prices. Had salmon, was a little dry, but good flavor. Mom had the chicken It very moist but to expensive to have to put up with the nose and the hustle. don’t think I’ll go back

Same great menu as the original location in Uptown with a huge patio festooned with about 8 large red market umbrellas for ample shade and a large bright dining room with plenty of tables. As for the menu, they feature lots of great sandwiches, burgers, salads and some entries including a nice fish and chips. I stopped in for lunch around 11:25 on a Friday just a couple weeks after their opening and it was clear word had already reached the suburbs just how good the food is at Yum! Even early, there were maybe 20 people ahead of me in line to order and by the time I left, the line was backed up to the front door. This is despite the fact that they had two people taking orders(order first at the register, THEN go take a seat people!), Although it was clear that lots of folks were experiencing Yum for the first time so they were a little slow choosing. I got my favorite, grilled chicken club and it was delivered to my table in under 5 minutes which was impressive given how busy the place was. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They clearly know what they are doing in terms of running an efficient operation. Just like the uptown spot, you can get some of their delectable desserts from a separate counter including the famous Yum cupcakes and my personal favorite the coconut cake. While I was sad to see Pairings close, I am excited to have the second Yum location so close to where we live. Their popularity can make parking just a bit tricky despite the large lot so you may have to be patient if at lunch if my experience today was representative.

Newly opened last week. We’ve visited Yum! several times at their St. Louis Park location. This place is next door to where I get my haircuts, which means Yum! treats at least every 3 – 4 weeks! Try the tomato soup — it’s fantastic! Deducted 1 star because of difficult parking. When it’s busy, circling the lot a couple of times may be necessary.

Very happy Yum decided to open a second location so close to where I live. Finally, an exceptional place to eat in this area — great menu, fair pricing, and outstanding food.
