Great food and excellent service. I absolutely love coming here to eat. It’s a chain restaurant without the chain restaurant feel. Everything here is made fresh when you order it and the quality is top notch! Plus, everyone here is extremely nice. A great experience every time.

FAB CheeseSteak and Chicken sandwiches $ 7,49 each), as well as yummy jumbo onion rings ($ 3.29). Fast and friendly service in a clean environment. What more could you ask for? Prices just went up recently, but I think people will still eat here rather than at the Subway only 25 yards away… PLEASE start offering a Club sandwich for those of us who like a variety of meats on our subs… Beef, chicken, bacon and cheese with lettuce and tomato would be fine and easy to do… $ 7.95 to .$ 8.95 and it would fly out of there… Or just make it a $ 9.95 combo with drink and fries… Sweet…Where’s my petition to sign?

I’m not from Philly. But, the city of brotherly love did it right when they created this sandwhich. American cheese and shredded beef on a roll. Great combination. I normally get it with Cheese whiz too. Excellent.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The staff is always friendly and it reminds me of Philadelphia. (A place near and dear to my heart) I particularly like their chicken cheesesteak.

The inside is pretty roomy for a sandwich shop. The décor is really fun for showcasing all things Philadelphia. The huge board listing all the famous folks and iconic Philly items is entertaining to read while enjoying a good lunch.
The hubby and I ordered a mushroom cheesesteak sandwich with cheese and onions and a pepper steak mushroom sandwich. Both sandwiches were served fast and hot. The melting cheese was a delicious compliment to the thin slices meat, peppers and onions, l
cooked to perfection.
Staff were super friendly and place was clean.
If I come back this way, it would be a good stop for a quick bite.

I’m a big fan of this chain — the closest you’ll get to Philly west of the Rockies! Since I gave a sister store a 1-​star for the poor service, I would be remiss if I didn’t compliment how well this outlet of the chain is run.
Not only is the food good and served promptly, the servers here are friendly and treat the customers well. Hats off to the staff here, you deserve the business!

The employees were friendly and the food was great. My daughter loved her meatball sandwich (I do wish they offered it smaller for the kiddos who love them). I got my son a turkey kids meal and they piled on the meat, I was pleasantly surprised. Finally, my sandwich was amazing! I love the added touch of the peppers. Our overall experience was great and we will gladly return. Thank you!

My coworker and I came here on lunch and it was amazing! One of the best hoagies. I had the «American» and my friend had the «Mushroom Steak». Both were wonderful and we will definitely be back! Very clean place with great staff also.

My wife and I eat lunch here. This place is amazingly good. I was watch the guy in the back make sandwiches and what a job he was doing. We were surprised that there were only two people working there and the place was packed. I had asked Jason when we left if he was the owner and he said no Eric was. I hope Eric is paying Jason well because this guy was running like he was the owner. I wish we could find a couple of guys like this for our company.

Its funny how the owners wife harasses people who post bad reviews about her husbands business. Hi Kristine! Anyone else have this happen to them should send the messages to the corporate office and report them. Very professional!
So after I posted this, The «Kristine J.» lady couldn’t help but message me and attack me. This is what it said «Funny how friends of FIRED employees think it’s cute to post bad reviews on Unilocal.You and your friends give Unilocal a bad name. So pathetic!»

The owner posted a rebuttal to my review. Completely unprofessional. Basically he is saying that I may have been at another establishment because his restaurant could not possibly have been the one that provided bad service. And he is saying that on the day I posted my review he had 4 employees working during the lunch hour. I guess I’m a liar in saying that there were only 2 employees working when I was there. Let me give you a word of advice. Take the constructive criticism and improve your operation. Don’t ever question or doubt your customers reviews in a public forum. Makes you look bad. I see that I’m not the only one who complains about the service. Those people probably have it all wrong also and were probably at the wrong location as well.
After this review ^^^^ I keep getting harassing messages from the owners wife. Really? Come on… you’re only hurting your business. Don’t leave a truthful review or she may do the same to you.
