This is the absolute WORST transportation company I have ever seen. They didn’t bother to contact me once my sofa arrived to them, I had to call them. I then scheduled a delivery for a Monday, which I took off work, and no one ever showed up, without so much as a phone call… when I called them, they said, «Oh we changed it, and forgot to call you»…then I rescheduled for Thursday, AGAIN taking off work, and AGAIN no one showed up OR bothered to call me… when I got them on the phone, they left me on hold for OVER 1 HOUR, this is no joke…
