I have been a real estate agent for over 12 years now and I have dedicated my career to help residential BUYERS of real estate whether it’s first time, investor or move up and SELLERS whether it’s regular sale, short sale or bank owned properties. Early in my career, I started as a loan officer before I became a Realtor which gave me an edge over other real estate agents who lacked in-​depth understanding of the lending industry. I always say «lending is the backbone of any real estate transaction» — if we don’t close your loan, we can’t close a deal! Avoiding any mishap and being proactive in all aspects of the real estate process is what I do best. My goal as a real estate agent is to provide the most excellent service my client can experience! I have covered almost all of San Diego County giving me a good grasp of different neighborhoods with a team focusing on some specific areas like Chula Vista, Temecula, National City, Paradise Hills and my personal favorite Mira Mesa.

History

Established in 2001.

Started out as part time loan officer, I believe having the knowledge in lending industry gave me a great backbone in becoming an effective Realtor! I always tell my clients, no loan no closing no real estate! I started processing loan, then full time loan officer then found myself naturally into real estate around 2004 onward. I find this part of my career more satisfying, often times, finishing up their loans doesn’t give as much satisfaction as giving their first key to their dream home, or finally getting their homes sold for top dollar! Then on… I dedicated myself in exploring different types of niche in real estate from first time home buyer, VA buyers, short sale, foreclosure specialist, neighborhood listing specialist and now venturing into commercial. Real Estate is exciting in a way that I learn something new, different or better each time that I can carry on to excelling and giving the best service for my client!

Born in the Philippines, I came to the United States in 1997 and married the love of my life in 1999. I am blessed with two awesome kids, they are my biggest inspiration. I’m an avid traveler, mostly to Asian or tropical places because I love to dive! I am heavily involved in a Filipino-​American organization, www. GK1​world​.org. GK’s mission is to end poverty in the Philippines by building homes and lives one at a time & provide food for the hungry. One of my biggest «why» as a realtor is to help the Super Typhoon Haiyan stricken area build a village of 20 homes! My goal is to be able to to raise enough money doing what I love — providing real estate services and be able to give back the joy of homeownership. I’ve been with Realty Source for 3 years now & recognized as one of the top 2 real estate agent producer in a company of 200+ agents. My husband and I own a local restaurant called Happy Sushi, located by Seafood City along Mira Mesa Boulevard
