History

Established in 2003.

The Community Retail section of the property opened in 2003 with Publix Food & Pharmacy anchoring the east side and two Marriott hotels on the far west side of Grand Boulevard. The Town Center opened in 2007 with national stores and restaurants making their Northwest Florida debut.
