US Gold Gymnastics Academy

My daughter has been attending US Gold Gymnastics for 4 years. This is the best sports program around. Her coaches are amazing and the owner is involved in every way possible. She started at US Gold when we moved here from Baltimore, MD. Coach Terry was her first coach and he is still involved with her training. She has made lifelong friends. I would recommend this program to anyone who is interested.

Simply the very best in coaching, teaching, and training in the world of gymnastics. Coach and owner, Kathy is not only an exceptional business owner, she is a wonderful leader, who encourages kids to work their hardest to achieve their personal goals. If your child wants to become a better athlete in any sport, it starts with discipline, good coaching, excellent sportsmanship, work, consistent attitude, and exemplary character. US Gold teaches these principals daily in a fun, fun, fun environment. I feel very fortunate to have a high quality gym in our little Destin area. US Gold creates a family environment and we are happy that our daughter has chosen gymnastics as her sport. We’ve been on team at the bronze level since Michelle was 5, she is now 11 and a level 7 Optionals gymnast. Kathy;s program is exceptional.
If your child wants to have fun and do the recreation program, it is fantastic, creates great body space awareness, and will help them in all their life skills. If you want a party place, well it is all fun fun fun. Thank you Coaches, Kathy, Kelly, Noël, Louis, Terry, Felicity, Heather, Neal, and Dara (miss you) etc for all your hard work and dedication to our Okaloosa and Walton County kids. US Gold is truly the best.

I cannot say enough great things about this gym. Both of my daughters started out doing gymnastics just to keep busy but they quickly started to love it and has become their sport of choice. The coaches are fantastic! They truly care about each student and really work hard to make them better. My daughters are not only better gymnasts now, but they are stronger and more confident.
