5 Points TV Installations

Once open a time I enlisted the services of an amateur to wall mount a tv. It fell and broke. I contacted Kerry and he saved the day… mounted my new TV fast and efficiently.

Kerry is a true professional. He texted me when he was on his way to my place and made it exactly on time. In an hour he had 3 tv’s mounted on the wall and one shelf with all the wires hidden making everything look clean. He also cleaned up after himself and vacuumed around his work space. Fast and professional! I will refer him to my friends and family.

I cannot say enough about Kerry Chow and 5 Points TV Installations. We had a handyman come and claim that he was able to mount our flat screen TV’s and run the wiring behind the wall so we wouldn’t see any wires dangling down the wall under the televisions. To say he made a mess would be an understatement. He made countless holes in the wall, didn’t properly secure the racks for the TV’s to the wall so they were ripping away, he didn’t even use the right type of wall mount rack for one of the TV’s so the cables were bent and busted, the TV’s were too high and off center/​crooked… I could go on & on. The point is that Kerry walked into a disastrous, incorrectly wired mess. He was in and out of my house in less than the two hours time allotted, he was on time, easy to reach and extraordinarily professional. The televisions were perfectly mounted on proper racks, no wires to be found and he cleaned up after himself without me having to ask that he do so. I regret not finding him sooner.
My husband and I are property owners/​landlords and we will be using Kerry exclusively from now on without question. I have even called my brother to tell him to use Kerry when his recently ordered TV comes in.
I don’t Unilocal often, and as such you are absolutely welcome to contact me to confirm this is an honest, unbiased response from someone who isn’t affiliated with this company in any way. After the nightmare I went through before Kerry came, I had to write a review to try helping someone else avoid the same headache.

Update #2 I just used Kerry for the 3^rd time in the past 3 years. Still fantastic service at a great price. He was on time, professional as always, works around your schedule and provides top notch work. Cleaned up his area after and was in and out in no time. He respects your home and makes sure your tv is exactly how you want it. Can’t recommend him enough.

Really glad I called 5 points. Kerry did an excellent job at mounting my t.v. as well as installing and mounting my surround sound system. He notified me 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. He texted me when he was on his way and was on time for my appointment. He was extremely professional and courteous. He offered advice on speaker placement and gave a tutorial on how to use my new devices. I would HIGHLY recommend 5 points if you need your surround system installed. With the big game coming up, you don’t want shoddy workmanship. 5 points should be your number 1 choice. You wont be disappointed.

I had my tv mounted by Kerry this week. He did an excellent job. Not only was he on time, but was able to do it a day earlier than expected. He is very professional, and neat in his work. I would highly recommend this service. I love the way my tv looks!

We called at 12:30 today about getting our 55″ plasma TV mounted on an interior concrete block wall, expecting to make an appointment for next week. Instead we were told they could come today at 4PM.
At 3:30 we got a message that the installer was on the way.
He arrived at 3:55PM, 25 minutes later. By 4:15PM the job was done and paid for, and the work area cleaned.
It cannot get any better than this. The mounting he supplied is perfect.

It doesn’t get any better than this. Kerry did an amazing job putting my TV up. I had doubts at first because I initially found him on craigslist, and then the same number I got from craigslist my friend gave to me as well from a previous service he did for her. So, I said why not. We conversed over the phone and set up a time with my location of the installation. Most companies call you 1000 times trying to figure out where you live, but with Kerry he used his common sense. LOL literally!
He also installed the tv in a
excellent equipment and cleaned up after himself. I was even more impressed because my tv had to be replaced and I called Kerry about it and he told me he will pass by Sunday evening, no charge! I was so surprised when he said that. I am very pleased to say that I got an awesome tech to get the job done. Will definitely be calling him for another installation :)

Kerry and his assistant were wonderful. I needed two TVs mounted on Christmas Eve and Kerry made it happen. I am beyond grateful that I came across this company on Unilocal because he is extremely professional and sincere. Kerry is very knowledgeable and will go out of his way to make sure you are happy. He even mounted a curtain rod for me which I forgot to mention until the last minute and did it for me without hesitation. Kerry was the absolute best. He mounted my tv, hung a very large framed jersey, three photos, and a mirror in under an hour. He did an excellent job, was extremely precise and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.
He was super professional and helpful, has great attention to detail. I will definitely use Kerry again and am already recommending him to friends and family.

Best decision I’ve made all year. I contacted Kerry Sunday afternoon to setup an appointment to install two of my flat panel TV’s. To my surprise he had an available spot the next day (Monday)
He arrived on time and prepared to work. 45 minutes later, both of my TV’s were mounted and all of my wires hidden. Kerry is the upmost professional and takes pride in his work. After he finished with the installation he took the time to vacuum any debris that was left over. It’s this attention to detail and respect for my house that allows me to highly recommend him.

Kerry did an EXCELLENT job mounting our TVs. He was punctual, professional, and didn’t leave a mess behind. He advised us on the best mount for our needs and patiently explained everything I asked. At the end he also installed a few heavy frames all for a great price!

Having our TV installed by Kerry was one of the best decisions we have made this far in our new home. My husband, being a sports fanatic, needs a picture perfect view when watching the game and Kerry did just that. He kept in constant communication and arrived on time as promised. He made sure we were satisfied with the placement of the TV before he begun and was very precise when measuring and centering. He also had recommendations on upgrading our wiring for better HD quality. He installed our TV and sound bar in about 45 minutes which was very quick and left absolutely no mess! Kerry’s prices was the best I found (and I did my research) so I can without a doubt say I strongly recommend Kerry for the installation of your entertainment system.

I decided to hire Kerry for a TV mount installation after reading such great reviews. He surpassed them. He was on time, polite, helpful and very quick. The installation came out perfectly. I hope he has time to install two more.

We loved these guys & their work. Wonderful to have professionals doing great work. Price was very reasonable & cost to add HDMI cables was cheaper than any store I know of. Use them!
