My name is Charles Parker III and I consider myself one of the leading fitness and nutrition experts in South Florida. As a motivator and role model, I have a unique connection with my clients that stems from my own personal journey toward realizing my dreams.

I launched CP3 Nutrifit with the goal of creating total life solutions for people wanting to reach their true potential as a human being. By imparting to my clients a unique and inspiring philosophy that stresses the integration of mind, body, and spirit, I have empowered them with strategies and skills to overcome every obstacle life throws at them both physically and mentally.

This company also allows me to communicate my message of attaining self-​realization to a large audience through different media social media networks.
