Moving Box Delivery

I first came on to this site throught the Seattle version of it and it promised me that they would ddeliver the box is 1 – 3 days which was perfect for me since I was moving the following week. They did have a link to a shipping map which showed that it could take one more day than that which was ok by me. So I went through and bought about $ 70 worth of shipping supplies and had it sent to my house.
The next day I get an email with a tracking number and I go to look at it and it is coming a full 7 business days after I had ordered it, which is completely unacceptable because by then I will have moved out of my apartment. So I contact their costumer service and they are 100% completely unhelpful. They take almost a full day to respond to my concern only to point me to a poorly worded fine print saying all the delivery dates were estimates. They do not offer any concession at all and essential just took my $ 70 as I won’t have a house that these boxes are getting delivered to.
This is horrible customer service and extremely misleading website. I strongly suggest that everyone stays away from this company and give them no more business.
