Gary and Derrick are great! Polite, timely, fast and did a great job. Could not believe the difference in my bathroom tile! They did great on kitchen and bath tile grout and stairway carpeting, all greatly improved. Would definitely use again. Thank you!

I searched for a carpet cleaning company in Mission Hills on Unilocal,and found a GREAT ONE– Clean Touch Carpet Cleaning. I can’t say enough about the amazing job that Gary did. He provided phenomenal service at a very reasonable price that we agreed on up front. Gary is very professional, honest, responsive, conscientious, caring and reliable. Most of all, he shows up at the time agreed. I was able to schedule an emergency cleaning, and Gary was there in a couple hours. The carpets look brand new, and he successfully removed stubborn stains, along with all the ground in dirt. He also was able to sanitize my parent’s bedroom and the upholstery, which needed a lot of work.

Gary and Derrick were amazing! They were kind enough to book a same day appointment for me and did a really great job on my carpets! My husband couldn’t believe how clean they were able to get them, especially since we have a child and pets!
I also love that this is a family business. Gary and Derrick are brothers :) They were kind, respectful and very professional.

My husband and I had Clean Touch Carpet Cleaning out to clean the main two rooms of carpet in our house in late January ’16. I was thrilled with how beautifully spotless everything looked when Gary and Derrick left. They were incredibly kind, thorough, and very accommodating.
Price was clear up front before they began work, fair, and affordable. I told Gary we were expecting our first baby in February and he was so helpful/​generous and even sanitized the carpets for us when we told him we have a large dog. The works took maybe an hour and we were impressed with how dry carpets were as Clean Touch was leaving. Areas were certainly damp, but we used a large fan and were able to walk comfortably on carpet within a few hours.
Our carpet was in decent shape to start with, but admittedly, we’ve never had it professionally cleaned in the three years we’ve been in this house. yikes! With a new baby coming, I went through some serious nesting and cleaning, and having the carpets immaculate when we brought our daughter home from the hospital was really wonderful.
I highly recommend Clean Touch, and I will definitely follow their advice and have them out once or twice a year in the future!

These guys are great, Gary & Derrick Grubb, I came across some of their reviews when I did a general San Fernando Valley carpet cleaning search.
The reviews on their services were outstanding and my only regret was how I’d not heard of them before.
We’ve used everyone Chem-​Dry, Coit, Stanley Steemer, and to not throw anyone under the bus in particular they all had their faults.
They showed up on time and were very professional throughout the process.
We had tile cleaned, grout scrubbed, resealed, I swear that the tile looks as good now as it did when it was placed almost 16 years ago.
In addition we have light colored Berber carpeting with some heavy traffic areas and just under 1,000 square feet of actual exposed carpet including 30 stairs throughout the unit and descending into the garage.
They did an outstanding job and I cannot give them enough kudos for what they have achieved here.

After calling a few different carpet cleaners, I went with Gary. Gary is by far the most professional, patient, and honest contractor. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was very flexible and helpful throughout the process. I know I will be recommending Gary to my family and friends. You will not be disappointed.

After calling several different carpet cleaners, I chose to go with Clean Touch Carpet Cleaning because they were the most reasonably priced and were able to fit me into their schedule at such short notice. Gary came to clean the carpets of my house before I turned it over to my landlord and he did a great job. I have a pet that sheds a lot so he removed all the fur before steam cleaning the carpet for an added cost. Truly worth it because it was as good as new after he finished and my landlord had no complaints.
Several days after, Gary called just to follow up and ensure that his services were satisfactory and that no problems occurred. Great customer service!

I called to set up appointment, spoke with Gary and schedule same day services, I have 3 kids and my carpet took a toll, when he came he explained that’s some stains will be harder to treat and I totally understood but the carpet looked fabulous and exceeded my expectations, my fire alarms went off for a good two hours and he kindly told me if the alarms didn’t go off to call him back for assistance, which I did and he arrived promptly and to my surprise as soon as he walked in the alarms stopped hahaha (I know) I felt dumb. He was really polite and helpful, even gave me a quote for my other rooms. Overall I am beyond please with his services and excellent customer service will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news to such nice guys as Gary and Derrick.
PROS:
* Gary and Derrick seem to be truly nice guys.
* Received same day service (came out same day I called them — tho was later by 2 hours then originated stated)
* I specifically said I wanted only 2 sets of carpeted stairs cleaned (a set of 8 steps, and a set of 13 steps). I told Gary that it was Berber carpeting. Gary knew how Berber carpeting required special handling.
* In calling around, the charge of $ 150 was what I was quoted by others, so their pricing was fair.
CONS:
* After 2 hrs, Derrick did clean the top and front of the steps, but was not able to clean the edges of the stairs (the sides nor the horizontal line between steps), so they still look dirty (black lines are still there) — huh? I was not told at the time of scheduling that they would not be able to do the stair edges. And Berber carpeting gets dirty easily.
* In looking online later, a carpet cleaning company would have used an edger or crevasse tool, Unfortunately, Clean Touch Carpet Cleaning does not have any tools for doing stair carpet edges. I wish I knew this before.
I don’t think I’m going to pay an additional $ 150 to another carpet cleaning company, so I have to do the blacks lines myself by hand — sheesh.

All of the reviews posted here are completely true! Contacted Gary via his website, received a call back right away and I was able to get an appointment for the very next day. Not only that, he also showed up 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment! Super nice, courteous, professional and efficient. I definitely recommend this service to everyone.

Gary just left my house a couple of hours ago, and the past reviews are true — he is as nice as he is thorough and professional. Carpets are clean for our newly crawling baby. I believe we’ll be using him on a regular basis from now on! Thanks so much, Gary!

Derrick and Gary and two of the nicest gentlemen you’ll come across, especially in the upholstery cleaning business.
The reason I used upholstery instead of carpet is because the initial reason I called them was when my pooch got sick in the back of my pristine (no joke) 1990 Toyota Camry. These seats are so perfect that right after it happened, I knew I needed to call the pros to make sure it was deep cleaned asap to prevent permanent damage to the seat.
After calling Gary, he was able to come all the way to my house in Topanga Canyon to do the clean at no additional charge for the distance traveled. The price was VERY REASONABLE and while they were there I had them take a look at some carpet in the house which they also took care of. Honestly the carpet looked better than the day I moved in 3 years ago.
Last but not least, they are very passionate about what they do, explaining the process/​technology in their equipment as they move through the job.
All around awesome guys. If you need any type of upholstery cleaned, these are the men for the job. You will be nothing less than amazed at what they do and the service you’ll receive. Would recommend them to everyone. Thanks, guys!

Absolutely fantastic job. Carpets that I just knew were never going to be clean again came out looking like new. These guys are fair when it comes to price and the outcome had me feeling like they are worth every penny. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends or any one looking for carpet cleaners.

Moving in to a new place is usually pretty stressful, the place I was getting into had nice carpets, but they were stained in places I didn’t think could be possible.
Gary and Derrick showed up ghost buster status and brought the hero out of my carpet.
These guys are professional, and super nice, call them because they don’t disappoint

All the reviews are correct. Gary and Derrick are pretty much as kind as they come. You feel taken care of.
We are a hardwood floor family, but have a couple of 5×8 rugs and some upholstery we wanted spruced up. The work they did was fantastic.
Very pleased. And no question in my mind, we will use them again for any carpet cleaning needs.

Gary is a miracle man — he used a toothbrush to clean the corners.

A close friend gifted me a microfiber cushioned couch and love seat, which I stored at Public Storage for 5 months. Now, I’m in my new place and wanted to remove the previous owners wear, so I searched Unilocal! (Ofc)
Derrick picked up the phone call and answered my questions that included the process, the estimated price and appointment availability.
The price was fair based on the amount of work: 10 large cushions and 8 pillows. Derrick offered a free consultation upon the scheduled time, in which he confirmed the initial price point. At that point, I was given the option to move forward with the service or say ‘no thank you’. That is great service as he drove his workers and work truck 12 miles just for a free consultation (and risk of me saying ‘no’.)
It was a 3 man job: 1 site supervisor, 1 cleaner, 1 equipment supporter. It took under two hours and all my cushions/​pillows were renewed!!! There were some area that the site supervisor communicated to me throughout the process that may not come out, however they managed to clean those spots too.
I highly recommend their services to families with young children, people buying couches off craigslist and pet owners.
