So I came to this store a few days ago, and was furious! Bad costumer service. I went in to get an exchange. I bought the shoes from a different Payless location, and I went to this one to, originally, get an exchange, but then decided to just return the item. When I went there, the guy told me that I could not return it there, and I had to go to where I purchased the shoes. Now, from my experiences, that is NOT true! I’ve done it before because I like to go to places that are convenient to me on the day of. I just so happened to be around Mission Hills that day, so that’s what I did. I kept telling him that I’ve bought shoes from a different location and exchanged it at another location before. However, he kept insisting that I couldn’t do it. I was so pissed that I just got my shoes and left! It is in their store policy! The worse part is that he was very condescending in the way he spoke to me. As if I didn’t know how those things worked. I seriously would not recommend this specific location. Just writing this review is making me a bit mad. My only regret is failing to get the guy’s name, so I can talk about that specific person. He wasted my time and money! And it was so hot that day!

the staff is very friendly. i went with my toddler to look for some sandals for her and they were having a buy one get one half off sale. i ended up buying flats for both of us. unfortunately, the shoes here suck though. their prices have gone up, but the shoe quality still remains poor.
