It’s crazy how we never think of RadioShack when it comes to phones! A friend recommended I go here as she just got a new phone for a really great price and she’s obsessed! I went in with my mom last week as she’s been wanting to change here phone carrier. The store manager, Juan, helped us out and was extremely knowledgeable in all the different services we could choose from. He asked us questions in regards to what we used in our phone the most and our general preferences in technology. We both decided to switch to a new AT&T plan for a reasonable price! We both walked out extremely satisfied. Today, he called us to see how our phones were working out for us which is pretty awesome! I am surprised as to how much RadioShack has kept up with the latest tech. I was also very impressed by how clean the store was! I def will be coming back here for my phone services and any electronic products I need !

The best place to find different sizes of batteries. True, they are not the best at customer service, but sometimes it is the only place to go.

I saw a deal on Christmas Week ad and it was about time for me to change phones, but keep my service. At the same time, I realized that I was going to a store that still exists called Radioshack in Mission Hills. I have no idea how Radioshack is still in existence since BestBuy and Wal-Mart are tearing businesses apart left and right. This Radioshack has no parking lot besides the street. It is small and I believe that their main profit is from mobile services. I still see some toys and accessories, but they are probably from early 2000s. I was helped by a young lady and asked for a particular phone. I won’t mention here for security reasons, but Radioshack had plenty in stock. All I can tell you is that my total was $ 326.24. If you got this phone, then you know what I got. Another customer walked in and mentioned what I was just typing… How is this store still in existence?! Radioshack is good for one month: December. FORALLYOUR discount mobile phone needs. Unilocal is my Review, My Story, and My Life. It’s time to share it.

I’m not sure how Radioshack stays in business. They NEVER have anything in stock. Must be a front for a money laundering scam.

This place is your usual radioshack. They don’t have the greatest electronics specialists but what do you expect? ITSRADIOSHACK.

They always have an excuse not to give you a refund or an exchange. And if they do help you with your defective merchandise«that I bought 30 minutes earlier» they say It will need to be repaired. This is being said by the person that sold it to me! Only problem is that fry’s is so far away I do not buy anything at radio shack that plugs in or takes batteries. its only good to buy stuff to repair items. Word of advice Do not buy anything that takes batteries or plugs in at radioshack. Only buy things that will fix your broken electronics from other retailers.

The service still sucks, but I’d just like to add that usually the ladies are much more helpful than the stupid infantile boys who just play with their phones all day.
