Personally took my daughters car in today and got the opportunity to meet Tim. My husband usually took care of all of this. Tim was incredible. Told him what was going and he took such good care of my needs. He helped me understand all I needed to know about my car and his philosophy on repairs. He is honest, forthcoming and truly understands customer service. His service was 2^nd to none. Amazing. Hats off to Tim and Allen tire. I would not take my cars anywhere else for any type of service. Definitely worth checking out all you Unilocalers

Been coming here since I moved to MV in 2012 for oil changes, tires etc. fair prices, good work and great service. Just had brakes and rotors done and they didn’t have a shuttle to get me home so Tim has one of his guys come back with me and take my car back to the shop. Now that’s service! Won’t go anywhere else for my 3 cars.

I don’t write many reviews unless I’m compelled too but this place had Great service! I was in & out less than 30 minutes! I did not get the gentleman’s name that help me but I had a flat that I discovered in the morning in the garage and turned out to be a nail that I had dropped who knows when. I changed the flat to the spare and went to American tires first but because I did not buy a tire from them they came up with some BS excuse why they could not patch it and tried to hustle me in buying a tire from them. I quickly came to the conclusion that I was being hustled and quickly left to Allen tires which was my first time there and based the decision on the satisfied Unilocal reviews. Let me tell you the decision was a great one thanks to the fellow Unilocalers reviews and I was not disappointed! The gentlemen that help me agreed to patch it after looking at the tire and stated that it would take them approximately 30 min which he pulled up to the front of the shop less than that and upon inspection added some new metal tire pressure caps on all the wheels because some were missing! Very satisfied and will bring all my vehicles back based on this great first time experience!

My dad is a loyal Allen Tire customer and brought me here. Tim is the best. Very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been twice, once for tires and shocks and now for brakes/​rotors. Always fast, great work and quality, superb customer service and unbeatable price. Won’t go anywhere else!

Great tire place. Tim is a great help no matter what you need. They have a great selection of tires and will offer prompt and great service. This is one of the best tire places that I have been to. If you ever need tires for any vehicle, make sure you stop by and give Tim a chance. Customer service and quality of work are top notch.

This place is great they really do care about your car and they don’t try to hustle you with oh you need this you need that, I like that kinda shop! Also super nice you like family! The usually are very quick too, like other business there’s sometimes someone in front of you but all around good place to go to get serviced!

I went in for new tires and they took good care of my car. This is a great place to get new tires. The waiting area is nice. The staff is friendly great customer service!

Allen Tire Company of Mission Viejo goes above and beyond! Manager Tim Presti is professional and trustworthy! I took my car in to discuss getting new tires due to a tread wear issue on my current tires (they were the tires on my car when I purchased it back in April 2014). Tim spent a good amount of time with me educating me about tire wear and how to preserve the life of my tires. Ultimately, I had to have the tires replaced by the dealer due to a warranty issue, but I will definitely be bringing my other 2 cars to Tim when I need new tires.

After paying for balance twice, and a three year alignment plan my truck was still wearing tires poorly. Called Vince and Ryan on 4 occasions to fix what I had paid for. They never even bothered to return my phone call to try and fix the poor workmanship that I received at Allen tire. Well, I took my truck ELSEWHERE and found out that 2 tires were still out of balance and the toe in my alignment was still out. Thanks for wasting my time and money guys. Hope you read this review and improve your customer service and your mechanics ability to do the job that people pay for.

I’ve dealt with many different tire and service centers over the years including the big so called discount places… if you want the real deal including the stem, balance etc… both Ryan and Tim will treat you right… Fast, courteous and polite… Thanks to Buds Diesel for referring me to Allen Tire Company…

Had a screw in my tire this morning on the way to work. Came to Allen Tire and even though they were busy, fit me in and didn’t charge a dime as we had previously purchased our tires there. The guys at Allen Tire are wonderful.

Just got 2 new tires here they gave me a great price, speedy service about 20 min wait. Great customer service. Ask for Ryan.

After a horrendous experience with Allen Tire in Lake Forest, I was still having mechanical problems with my Jaguar. I decided I would not take it back to the Lake Forest location and try a different one. I am glad I did. I dealt with Ryan and he was the consummate professional, quite unlike the manager at the other location, who I got to a point that I did not trust his word or work. To make a long story short, Ryan provided great customer service, and took care of my mechanical issue without as much as a peep. Renewed my faith in this company. I will return specifically to this location for any further needs. Thanks, again.

Vince and Ryan are top notch. I have been going here for years and they have taken care of my cars and trucks with great care and competence. Most recently they’ve done an outstanding job with my 1944 Willys MB and I could not be happier with the new suspension and tires. They really went out of their way to deal with some unforeseen issues and I greatly appreciate it.
These guys are great and this shop is spot on. You won’t regret taking your vehicle here.

Another happy customer! Really nice people — I trusted them from the start. They turned my car around quickly, even on a Saturday, and even looked up a mail-​in rebate for me.

I was recommended to go to Vince at Allen Tire Company by Chad at Solely Beemer. This was after a bad experience with American Tire and Brake down the block. (Check my review).
I called and spoke to Vince. We discussed tire options, pricing, brands. I kind of knew I wanted (Michelin). I already had Internet pricing and Allen’s price was right there.
I made an appointment, dropped off the car, got my written estimate and went on my way. They brought up a tire to show me. Exactly what I wanted.
The car was ready on time. They use Nitrogen in the tires. Nice. Unexpected. They will rotate and balance every 5000 miles. Fix free if you get a nail.
BMW Z3 handles and rides great!!!

Stopped by today on my way home for my 5000 mile rotate. And they found a big nail in one tire. Everything free. Nice people. Good business. Highly recommend. Thanks, Vince.

Had a blow out in the fast lane on the 5 freeway. Yikes! It was a scary experience and I was ready to buy 4 new tires if necessary. Whatever it takes to keep the car running and its passengers alive please and thank you.
First call was to a local chain tire store, but they do not provide nitrogen filled tires. From my personal experience I have NEVER had a problem with nitrogen filled tires, and with air-​filled I am constantly having to top up and check on them. The tire that blew out on the freeway? Air-​filled. I had been away for a week and forgot to check my tires before driving. I got home from the airport and jumped in my car and took off. That tire was probably low after a week and there was my problem. Nitrogen, baby! I like it so much better.
Called Allen Tires and talked to Vince. He was awesome and had the nitrogen option. Took the car in and told him I didn’t know if I needed 2 tires or 4 tires, but whatever it needed. Vince took a look at the car and said 2 tires would do it. He had the spare wheel off and the tires changed, rotated, balanced and car ready to go in 45 minutes. PLUS gave me a great deal and was incredibly courteous and good-​natured.
I got a call from Vince less than an hour after I left the shop. I had left my credit card on the counter in the lobby. As I was already back on the freeway and on my way to Los Angeles, Vince dropped my credit card off at my husband’s work the next day. THAT is a really cool dude.
Thanks, Vince. We’ll be back and we’ll spread the word. This place is friendly, honest and honorable, and won’t sell you more than you need.
