Brian did such a good job when handling my accident case, he made sure my medical bills were paid and I had to come out of pocket with $ 0.00!!! I got rear ended on oct. 31, 2014 which sent me into physical therapy and pain management for nearly a year and totaled my car. My chiropractor recommended banner to me, so I took his advice and gave them a call. At first, they were extremely eager and proactive in getting the car paid for, and Courtney (the first paralegal I dealt with) met up with me to sign all the paperwork and stayed in contact with me pretty well for the first month or so. After not hearing anything for 2 months I decided to give them a call for a status update on my case. To my surprise, Courtney no longer worked there and Diana was now handling my case. Not really a big deal, but a phone call letting me know that I had a new representative would have been nice, rather than receiving a text message from Courtney after I tried calling her cell, stating she can no longer assist with my case. I finally got through to Diana and she told me they were still working on my case. Fast forward several months, I haven’t heard anything at all, so I call in for another status update. We play phone tag for several days, Diana is apparently not in the office much. We finally connect and I was told they had just rejected an offer and they were waiting for a new one that should be in by the end of July. Ok, that sounded great and I felt they were really working hard on my case; however, a simple email stating all that would have sufficed and relieved a lot of frustration. Once again, I never heard back at the end of July regarding a new offer, no communication whatsoever. It’s now been over a year, and I completely understand that litigation may in fact take even longer than a year, however this isn’t a particularly large case and the lack of communication between me and my attorney is not something you’d expect from someone who is getting a ¹⁄₃ of your settlement. I’ve once again left messages last week for Diana requesting an update and haven’t heard back from anyone which has unfortunately led me to write this review today.
Edit– got a call from Brian to discuss. He took the heat and addressed my concerns thoroughly and made it easy to understand. I could tell that he is a man of his word and took full responsibility for the way my case has been handled thus far. I’m looking forward to continuing our relationship and I do not foresee any more issues arising after he gave me all of his personal contact information for further concerns or questions regarding the status of my case.

All in all now that this case is over. I am very happy with Brian Banner. He reduced the hospital bills and I finally received the value of my car that the negligent driver totaled. If you do business with his law firm and you have any issues — call him directly.

I was hit from behind and experienced delayed neck and back pain. Having never been in an accident, before, I wasn’t even sure where to begin. We contacted Brian’s Law firm. I was upfront that I wasn’t trying to «make a killing.» Asked them to just help me receive enough payment to cover medical expenses and fix my car. They were very professional from start to finish, kept me updated throughout the process and got me a fair settlement, including a little extra to cover missed work and pain. Hopefully I’ll never need their services again, but would happily work with them again if needed.
Also, as a side note, I highly recommend Nationwide Insurance (the other driver had them). They were so much easier to deal than even my own insurance. I was so impressed, I almost switched.
