Jay started this business in 1985 in the city of Mission Viejo California and has expanded across Orange County. We are a family owned and operated company and we have earned the trust and satisfaction from many customers. We also work closely with local Real estate agents and brokers.

My son Marc and I currently reside in Lake Forest California. I have owned Bright N Shiny Windows for 30 years now and my son Marc helps me run day to day operations. Marc has been working with me for 11 years now and has a great repore with all my long time customers. Marc and I work together with two of our close friends George and Jon. Together we are a hard working team with one goal in mind. Customer satisfaction!

I would highly recommend Bright N Shiny Windows. Marc is very polite and accommodating. They did a beautiful job on my windows, they were neat and clean the house smelled fresh and clean. Great prices!
Marc also put up my Christmas lights and did a great job, he told me he would be back the 2nd week in January to take the lights down and sure enough as scheduled, he came back. He packed the lights neatly in the storage box. :)
I will definitely be using Bright N Shiny for future window cleaning and Christmas light installation.

Jay and Marc have been cleaning my windows for years. I appreciate how they are always on time and accommodate to my schedule. They are polite, personable and most importantly do an excellent job of cleaning my windows and screens. They are also very neat! No Mess. This company is top notch with fair prices and I highly recommend them! Jay will give reminder calls and is not pushy about rescheduling. After using them once you will want to reschedule. 5 Stars!

My mother has been using Bright ‘N Shiny to clean her windows for a number of years. Owner Jay has always treated her with respect and done wonderful work. I recently arranged for the windows in my own home to be cleaned (inside and out, including tracks), I did not hesitate to call. I spoke with Marc (son of the owner) and made swift arrangements to take care of my windows. Marc and his work partner George were punctual and very polite. Both worked quickly and did a very thorough job. They were personable while working and took great care to not track additional dirt into my home. I was very pleased with the result and the excellent price. Thank you Marc and George!
Also, since I was so happy with their work, I scheduled a window cleaning for a relative’s home that included re-​screening of 6 windows. I was thrilled with the windows and the screens looked new again. Thanks guys!!!

These guys did a great job and were careful with furnishings, blinds and outside plants. They took steps to not track any dirt into the house as well. A friendly, family owned business that I will use again. Give them a try, you won’t be dissappointed.

I have been using Bright ‘N Shiny Windows for over 10 years. Jay showed up at my door with his young son Marc when I first found them. Now over 10 years later Marc comes with George and they are the most polite and hard workers and finish within 2 hours. My windows are so clean and they are so very neat and don’t leave a mess.
The windows are just beautiful and my house feels so clean. They come when they say and they also leave your home even cleaner then it was. They do the screens and the mirrors in your house too!
If you want honest, polite and hard working guys you need to use Bright ‘N Shiny Windows the next time you need them cleaned.
