I worked with this couple through another business. We were doing product shots and in exchange for the photos to be used in advertising and marketing I was told that I’d receive copies of all the images. As they were using my child in marketing, this was discussed and agreed upon before the fact. The company had previous photography experience with EsSuyFe so that is who was used. After two days of shooting, because they wanted more photos, we were told that we would not receive the photos. If a company chooses to use a photographer to uphold an agreement than the company should have paid for the images. However, instead the photographer insulted me and threatened to delete the images. So I rescinded the rights to use the images. Instead of telling me I should pay for the images that were already promised to me, decent customer service would have been to uphold the agreement and figure out the problem with the company. Instead, I was told very rudely that all my images were gone and if I wanted photos I could pay for a session. After two days of shooting and no photographs, no thank you. I’ve interacted with this couple since in passing and they’ve been very rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend their services. Your money is better spent with someone who believes in professionalism and respect. I will say it has been some time since this happened. I am disappointed in myself that I chose to let these people take advantage of my child, however I still feel very strongly against their business practices. That is why I’m giving them only one star.
