I don’t normally write reviews on Unilocal but wanted to warn everyone else about this dental group.
After reading such good reviews on Unilocal about this place, i decided to come here for wisdom pulled and fillings. Gave them 2 stars since they wisdom pulled was good (by Dr. Cadalso); however I got big problem with the fillings. I was advised to do 7 fillings, so I followed the advice. Fillings were bothering me after, ended up causing pain. I came back 5+ times to get the pain fixed but they couldn’t find the problem, and denied the problem was caused by the fillings. They even said one of the fillings wasn’t done by them. So despite the pain and time going back & forth, it wasn’t fixed. So i left the place and went to another dentist.
Another problem is that they didn’t charge the right amount that the insurance company allow them to, they overcharged me. Worse was that they didn’t mention anything about that, until i received letters from insurance company and saw the allowance charge. Luckily my husband & I have insurance benefit background, so we kept calling them. After couple of weeks «fighting», they finally admit their mistake and returned some of the money; yet still owe us credits.

Reliable and professional service from Genesis Dental keeps me coming back year after year for all my dental needs

I cannot say enough about the people at Genesis Dental! I moved from the midwest 15 years ago and have struggled to find a dentist here that wasn’t always trying to up sell me on unnecessary treatments and procedures. Because of this I had not been to the dentist in a LONG time.
Before I went in to Genesis I was scared of how much work I might need, and scared of the pain factor. In both cases I was pleasantly surprised! Dr. Cadalso was so knowledgable and reassuring right from the start. He never tried to up sell me, and helped me make a plan to get the work done over time based on the most important issues handled first.
I then went in for a root canal and saw Dr. Sue… again… wow! What a fantastic experience. I know it sounds strange, but really, I had a great time during my root canal. Dr. Sue and her assistant were beyond friendly and always explained every step to me completely. I am also pleased to say that I felt absolutely no pain at all.
In short, this place rocks! I will never go to another dental office again.

I have had an immense amount of work done on my teeth over the course of my life. I have been to so many different dentists I can’t even count them anymore. After a horrible experience in 2006 I simply stopped going unless I am in pain. I called Genesis Dental on a referral from a friend because I shattered a tooth and was in a good amount of pain. They got me in to see Dr. Cadalso that day and then I ended up getting a root canal by Dr. Ceravolo the very next day. Both of these visits were great experiences with the nicest people. My exam by Dr. Cadalso was very thorough but quick and the doctor took the time to really listen to my concerns and address them. Then the root canal was done so well I almost feel asleep during it (no I had no drugs in my system). Dr. Ceravolo was by far the best doctor I have ever met. Note, this was my 5^th or 6^th root canal and none of the others were even close to as painless and easy as this one. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

Professional, extremely capable and very friendly. The staff cares about their patients and take extra efforts to ensure comfort and after treatment care.

Dr. Cadalso and his entire staff are the best! After 30+ years with the same dentist I move to Cali and had to find someone new. The first 2 offices I tried left me wondering if I was going to have to travel back to Kansas to visit my old dentist. A friend recommended Dr. Cadalso and I will be forever grateful.
The front office staff has been extremely helpful and always happy to help. From providing me with multiple quotes, helping navigate insurance plans, to just being a calm presence in a stressful situation. These ladies are the best of the best!
Dr. Cadalso himself… wow! So patient and reassuring! I have never once doubted whether he was just trying to make a buck. He honestly cares about my health.
If you need a dentist I promise you will love Genesis!

I had an emergency crown work done here and the staff was awesome. The work was top notch. It was relatively quick and the crown felt better than the original tooth.
The price was appropriate given the high quality of work done and nobody tried to upsell me on any work. This was huge.

Excellent dental office. Super friendly staff who are really good at what they do. They also do small things really well like sending thank you notes for referrals, texting and emailing appointment reminders, and today I had a cleaning scheduled but my dental hygienist was available earlier so they called and let me know I could come in sooner if I wanted. I’ve had only cleanings so far, but my husband had minor oral surgery and his experience was just as excellent as mine.

Dr. Cadalso is amazing!!! I went into him after finding a dentist on
(worst mistake ever) who lied and told me I needed things I didn’t on teeth that were fine and wasn’t even trying to address the problem that was at hand! The tooth had been through to much trama and had to be pulled ;(although I am so sore today the procedure was painless he made me feel so comfortable and I was crying my eyes out when I first went in!!! The nicest dentist ever!!!

Dr. Cadalso and his team (Dr. Thamison (?) the anesthesiologist, Tia, Barbara, and Abraham in particular) have provided a gentle, patient approach in guiding me beyond my horrors from prior dental experiences into risking to trust Genesis Dental with my extensive oral health needs. For me, this is unprecedented and something for which I am deeply grateful. From my first email contact through last week’s first check up after an extensive initial treatment of multiple extractions, bone grafts and necessary implants, everyone there has been exceptional. They provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for those with deep-​seated dental anxieties. While I have been promised this in all my previous dental encounters Genesis Dental are the first to actually come through. Because of this team, I see a future with my dental fears dissolving and a normal dentist/​patient relationship being established in my life. Something I have never had. I really am a patient and they really are this good.

Genesis Dental Group is a fun and friendly dental office! The staff/​patient relationships are like family! The overall experience is wonderful! Everyone is always smiling! :)

Hard to find a dentist without a friend referral but this place is a keeper. Low pain, short waits, friendly staff and you can trust their judgement. I moved 50 miles away but it’s still worth the drive.

hands down one of thee best places to get your teeth worked on… I just started going here and i have already been having a wonderful experience… they staff is sooooo nice and very sweet. They are just down right amazing. If you live in south orange county and need a dentist i higly recommend coming here.

My family have been patients of Dr. Pizollo for 8 years. We have been very happy with his service, his staff, and his office personel. We are fortunate to have a wonderful caring dentist in our community.
