Kat & Sam are a mother daughter team based in South Orange County, California. Having both lived in Lake Forest for nearly three decades, the team specializes in buying and selling real estate. As licensed salespersons and members of the California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, we strive to find the most innovative ways to service our clientele and help with all your real estate needs.

History

Established in 2015.

Upon many years of school, dentistry, and teaching, this mother daughter team couldn’t resist the calling of the real estate industry. Having grown up with parents/​grandparents who worked in real estate and property management, the thought of switching careers and getting to work together on this endeavor was too much to pass up. After working for different real estate companies at the start, Kat & Sam decided to join Regency Real Estate Brokers under the Wright Team in 2015.

Business Owner

Before joining the real estate industry, Kat & Sam had very different careers.

Kat had previously worked in the dental industry as a licensed RDA and office manager for over a quarter of a century. Having grown up in Lake Forest, Sam began swimming at a very young age. After completing her undergraduate degree in Communication from Concordia University, Irvine on a full ride scholarship for swimming and water polo, Sam continued to earn a Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration.

Having seen a lifetime of success in real estate by their family members, Kat & Sam were licensed in 2014 and worked for separate companies. In January 2015, they joined forces at Regency Real Estate Brokers under the Wright Team.
