Dr. Schneider has over 26 years of experience in general dentistry, and provides sleep dentistry for fearful patients, using either IV sedation or oral sedation with sleeping pills.

After graduating from dental school in 1986 and completing a post-​graduate hospital residency as a Captain in the Air Force, Dr. Schneider started his private practice career in Santa Monica, CA. In 1992 he and his wife, Patricia, moved to and established his office in Mission Viejo, CA. Business Owner

Dr. Kurt Schneider, DDS, FAGD, FICOI, is a nationally recognized comprehensive, implant, sedation and cosmetic dentistry specialist. He is the recipient of numerous dental industry awards.

Each year, Dr. Schneider dedicates over 100 hours of his time to post-​doctoral training. Dr. Schneider trains rigorously with some of the world’s leading dental pioneers focusing on the art of veneer placement, anti-​anxiety treatment options, dental implant surgery, and learning about the latest advancements in dental technology.

Dr. Schneider earned his Bachelor of Science from Pittsburg State University and graduated at the top of his class from the University of Missouri-​Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1986.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Schneider is the proud and loving father of Daniel and Grant. He, his wonderful wife Patricia, and the family are active in their church, and they enjoy skiing, scuba diving, auto racing and ballroom dancing.

Dr. Schneider is a godsend!! i take good care if my teeth but sometimes things Happen beyond our control and when they do he is the ONLY dentist I would trust with any major problem with my mouth!

Love this place! Elisa has been cleaning my teeth for years and I’m picky. She is so gentle and doesn’t make me feel bad when I go if things aren’t perfect. She just makes me aware and helps me learn new ways to stay healthy. Dr Schneider is a class act. The entire office is class act!

Last week I reviewed Dr Schneider regarding an evaluation as a new patient for a broken tooth. Today, I had my first of 2 required appt. Again, I was greeted in a cheery way, on time and with extreme gentleness and caring. He and his assistant, Laurel, are kind, gracious and efficient. They are a great team. He will gladly explain what he’s doing as you go along if you wish. Personally, I really enjoyed the headphones and the above TV as a distraction. The best news, is he saved my tooth. I am very grateful for that. Thank you for making a trip to the dentist a positive one.
I have had a crown. A cleaning and a repair of a filling. All 3 experiences have been amazing. The crown is perfection, the cleaning was the best I have ever received and the filling repair today was quick and efficient. I do not know how Dr does it but I did not even feel the needle which is my most challenging part. All experiences are so professional, efficient and positive. I am thrilled that I found this office.

I had such a pleasant experience with Dr. Schneider and his team today. Yes, I said a pleasant experience at the dentist, not something that you hear all of the time, right??? They were all so kind and gentle. There were no surprises about costs. They are very upfront about everything. Diane spent time explaining how my insurance works. They have a lovely waiting area in the lobby for you or someone waiting for you. I can honestly say I’ve never had such a pleasant experience going to the dentist. I already have my follow up appointment scheduled. Thank you Dr. Schneider and the rest of the lovely staff!

I just changed Dentists and had my first visit with Dr Schneider. I met with Diane, Elisa, Jacqueline, Laurel and Dr Schneider. They were all excellent. I was first given a tour of the office. The office is modern and new looking. All the equipment appears to be in new condition and state of the art. I was impressed with Dr Schneider. He has a happy attitude and a good personality. In talking to him, he seems to be very knowledgable of his trade. He is very thorough when giving a teeth exam. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone including my family and friends. I rate the Doctor and his Staff A+

The office is just gorgeous. What a relaxing environment. And the staff was extremely warm and inviting — I felt like a part of the family from the start. I was given a tour of the office; where else do you get an office tour at a dentist’s office? Amazing! Dr. Schneider and Audra were just spectacular. That was just an enjoyable visit, and I feel very informed. Furthermore, they gave me excellent guidance as to what should be given attention, what we need to keep an eye on, and what we should not worry about. We made decisions on my care together; I truly felt part of the process. Thank you, Dr. Schneider at staff, for such a wonderful experience. I look forward to my next visit! I love everything about Dr. Schneider’s office! Especially Dr. Schneider and his staff! I was never a fan of going to the dentist in the past until I started coming here. They make it personal and cater to what you need to make it a comfortable experience. The office itself is gorgeous and state of the art. Can’t wait for my next appointment for Zoom whitening. Yeeee!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 7 years. Knowing that it was time to go, I researched dentists on Unilocal.Every single Unilocal review was positive so I decided to give Dr. Schneider a shot. Everyone was so friendly. Audra did my cleaning and I knew it would take awhile since I hadn’t been forever and she was very patient and explained everything as she went.
Dr Schneider was very nice and gentle. He explained in detail the work I need to get done and answered all my questions.
This is a great dentist office, I would recommend it to others.

I went in for my first cleaning at Dr. Schneider’s office. I’m usually nervous about this as I’m really afraid of the pain. I had no need to worry! Audra is the kindest, gentlest hygienist ever! My teeth are clean and pain free! Dr. Schneider spoke with me about replacing a couple of old, troublesome crowns and I received a detailed cost breakdown, unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. This is the best office EVER!!!

My husband and I are new to California and were extremely wary to have to find a new dentist. Dr. Schneider and his staff exceeded our expectations. Not only are they friendly and professional, but also happen to be the most thorough dentist’s office we had ever been to. It is apparent that Dr. Schneider and his staff take pride ensuring the patient leaves knowing they were taken care of with the most up to date facilities and competent staff. My husband is extremely particular about his hygienist due to his receding gums, and he continues to go to Dr. Schneider knowing that he is getting the service he requires. We only wish he was from our home town so we would have found him sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Schneider and his staff.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I absolutely love it. The staff is so friendly, I never wait longer than 10 minutes (tip make an apt for opening time it right after lunch for zero wait) and the equipment is the latest and greatest high tech stuff out there.
When I got married they offered me a free whitening treatment as a gift — really! How nice is that?!
My hygienist Audra is wonderful. She answers all my questions about oral health — and even lots of them about my kids’ teeth, and husbands’ problems. She is also a really kind person — always cheerful and warm.
I’d highly recommend this dentist office!

Dr. Schneider and his team are great. They are very friendly and really know their stuff. I’ve been going for about 2 years and my family members have been patients for a number of years. The prices are reasonable and they really have great customer service.
