Great environment. The staff was super friendly and Dr. Chung is Awesome!!! I was immediately welcomed by the front office and Arsha was very knowledgeable. I just came for a chip on my tooth and Dr Chung repaired my smile. I would definitely recommend.

My first time here. All the staff was really nice. I could see that they really value customer service. I was seen by Dr. Pham. He had his recommendations and explained everything well. Only thing was the hygienist accidentally brushed the side of mouth. It felt uncomfortable for a few hours and then went away. I know it was an accident and I didn’t mention anything. She also was not that thorough. It cleaning only lasted for about 10 minutes and she didn’t floss each tooth at the end. I have had many cleanings. My teeth always felt clean but not this time. The office is nice and comfortable.

Wait… This is a dentist office. It looks like I stepped into an elegant hotel. Finally I am not
scared to visit the dentist. OC Smile is so relaxing, I forgot I was seeing a dentist. The staff was very knowledgeable & the dentist was absolutely wonderful. I can’t wait for next appointment!

I’ve been in the US for 3 years now, and I usually get dental work done on my trips back home, at my uncles dentistry. Short story long, broke a tooth pretty bad and needed immediate help.
Went to Western Dental, and what I thought was just a tooth needing to be fixed turned out into a million plus other things and lots of $$$… we all know how these things go. It felt very uncomfortable, doctor was intimidating and didn’t give alternative options to my situation and all she did was express how necessary it was to take care of all the work immediately. Overall got out feeling miserable, treatment felt uncomfortable, had a huge quote, and I was surprised and worried about all the work to be done… but first thought to cross my mind was: ok, this is what its like when people don’t have a friend or family member involved in dentistry taking care of you. Second thought: I’ll get a second opinion.
Friend of mine recommended me OC Smile, and so off I am for a second opinion 2 days later. For starters the place is super cozy, well decorated, and staff is very welcoming. With my background of only going to my uncle for dental work, you can imagine how much a good customer service at the dentist means to me.
So I go in for the exam, and they tell me their immediate concerns and they take into consideration my insurance benefits to let me know what they think is immediate and how much is covered, as well as what can wait. They gave me their down to earth opinion with options. This care and concern transparency is the key to why i’ll be back.
I couldn’t thank OC Smile enough for how much they have helped me. especially Arsha and Dr Pham! Not only great docs but great people! Overall great experience. It’s definitely brought me piece of mind knowing I have my go to dentistry.

The staff are amazing. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to see the dentist. Regardless of whats goin on with your teeth, they treat you with dignity and respect.
Their great at informing you of your upcoming sppointments.
They keep you comfortable through the whole experience. Offices are clean and organized.

My experience here was amazing. Every staff member greeted me as I walked and said goodbye every time I left. They were always willing to help and go out of their way to make sure you felt comfortable. The receptionists are very sweet and have always notified me on upcoming appointments, payment options, and have never left me disappointed.
Upon walking in, the lobby is well decorated with furnished couches, hot and cold beverages, and a huge flat screen television. Going into the back was also a great experience. The cleanliness of the office was superb including the restrooms. The operating chairs and rooms were all spaced out allowing me to feel comfortable and I believe it shows that the staff is very mindful.
I couldn’t thank OC Smile enough for how much they have helped me. especially Jessica! She spent a lot of time and effort contacting insurance companies to make sure I’m getting the right benefits. Thank you

Amazing service, supper good looking staff. The manager is awesome, she makes you feel like you know her for years. It was my first time at a dental office and felt like the doctor is more concerned about my dental health than how much he can charge my insurance. Unlike other doctors, he was very honest and gave me advice on preventative actions rather than rushing me in to a procedure that’s not necessary. The hygienist was supper careful and didn’t make my mouth hurt for three days after.

Very beautiful office and great décor. I love the atmosphere. However, its not the building or interior that will make me come back. What is making me come back is the friendly staff at OC Smile. From the front desk to the dental assistants to the hygienist and the doctors themselves. All of them made sure i had a pleasant experience.
I told them that my previous dental office left me traumatized and fearful of dentist in general. They expressed their concern for my fear and assisted myself me through every step of my procedure.
I have never been through a dental procedure where the staff expressed concern and care. This is why I am returning. Because they view their customers as more than customers, they see their clients as friends and family.
Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

i met a respresentative at my job health fair and they took my insurance so i came. the doctor was very nice to me and spent a lot of time explaining what i needed. i got my cleaning done by a girl name Monica and she was very good. she also made me feel comfortable because i was very nervous. i like this office and come here its a wonderful office.

I had a check up for the first time here and it was pleasant. The office is very clean and classy. The guy assistant I forget names (tall hispanic)
treated me well and I was happy. I did have to fill out paperwork and xrays so it took a lil longer however I understand due to it being my first time. Thank you very much for great service!

If you’re looking for a wonderful office, with wonderful staff and wonderful doctors. This is the right place! The doctors are gentle and they answered all my questions, during my visit. They made my visit enjoyable and easy going. Their prices are reasonable, the office is high tech and great customer service. The entire team is courteous, affable and professional!

All I have to say is if you want a bright white smile this is the place to get it done. The staff is friendly and professional. Prices are super reasonable. Couldn’t ask for better service. A billion thanks!

This review is long overdue.. This particular dental office has made great changes not only with customer service but with overall business. Its changed quite a bit since my last visit and they seem to care alot more then just wanting my $$ like most other dentist. Thank you Doctorvand front office girlss

They are doing OK my first experience with these guys I have done implant treatment they helped me out in financial part with discount and no interest loan and giving proper advise so far I am happy

Fawn helped me so much this week regarding leaving my current dentist that I wasn’t happy with to get a consultation for my implants. So happy that I got in last minute. I met Kevin at my company’s health expo & we had discussed getting a free consultation & a second estimate even though I had already started the first phase of work, so it was just a matter of reconnecting. Brenda did such a thorough job with giving me the pre-​treatment written estimate & explaining exactly what I’m paying for vs. what Delta pays. I never got a written estimate from my previous dentist which is why I left because I was disputing the costs with them, lesson learned. Brenda also did a better job with explaining all the parts of an implant, down to such details as the fact that the implant is titanium which again I never got from my previous dentist. The entire office team & Dr. Pham are all so genuinely nice, helpful & professional! Dr. Pham & his assistant stayed extra late because I had more questions for him after his initial consult. Dental work are never fun & it’s nice to have a service oriented team to get behind you, if you’re willing to get educated & informed, just ask & they’re happy to explaining everything to you.

Great place to go and get dental work done. The entire staff is warm, friendly and professional. They have it all and make things as comfortable as possible. I love the fact I can watch the game as I’m getting dental work done. Win win!

I had a great experience today at OC Smile!
Unfortunately, my seven year old son had a filling fall out. Needless to say he was in a lot of pain and needed a new filling ASAP. We recently moved, not far, but was not impressed with our last dentist so I knew I needed to find a new dental office… and quick! I called OC Smile and at hello, from Caroline at the front desk, I was very impressed with how nice, helpful and concerned she was. It was 4:30pm and said to come in at 5:00pm and they would get everything taken care of.
They made me feel comfortable but more importantly my seven year old son, who had to have the work done. They kept him calm, encouraged him, moved quick and were caring the whole way through.
Brenda at the front desk was amazing. She made the whole process smooth. She continued to check on my son and I to make sure everything was going okay or if I needed anything. She made sure we were taken care of and happy. The WHOLE visit! OC Smile is very lucky to have her.
Dr. Ramezani, the dental assistant (I wish I remembered his name because he was great) and Brenda all stayed after closing (on a Friday) for us and all had a smile on their face. Never made me feel rushed.
I really could go on and on with the details of my visit but I would end up writing a novel. It was the best customer service I could have ever asked for and I am SO happy we found such a great dental office for my family, by our new home.
Thank you to the staff mentioned above, you really went over and beyond for us today and I am very grateful and super impressed.

Wait time is ridiculous the dentist I had today was rough n bed side manner wasn’t the best … My simple cavity filling turned in to 2 hours … The cleaning they did terrible don’t go here
