Optometry At the Shops

I recently got my eyes tested here and ended up buying a new pair of polarized sunglasses and regular glasses. I met with Dr. B (she was wonderfully sweet, quick, and through). the staff is all very friendly. both of my glasses had to be ordered. the sunglasses came in from Ray Ban within a few days and my reading glasses took about 9 days to get lenses made and new ordered frames from ray ban. they were extremely quick and called right away when my glasses came in! when I went in to grab my reading glasses, staff noticed that the frames were slightly scratched, and she immediately offered to order a new frame, and did so right then. the scratches weren’t their fault (probably the lab I would assume) but they corrected it immediately. definitely coming back here for any other eye care needs. went to lens crafters before and they were awful! Would recommend these guys to anyone!

Little foreign receptionist was uncoordinated, none-​resourceful, and after having to practically do her job for her she still had the audacity to give attitude and slam my shopping bag down on the counter when giving it to the customer. Slow people don’t belong in customer service

My eye exam was done by doctor Thomas Amen. He was pleasant and thorough.
I decided to get frames there also. The older lady who helped me was pleasant.
Perks of mall location: late hours (past 5 PM) and plenty of parking.

wow! so I’ve had a bad string of luck with the optometrists (see my other reviews) when I decided to try Dr. Thomas E. Amen and man am I glad I went here! He is wonderful — very professional but also very nice. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am so happy to have found them!
