We drove over to this location specifically since we had other errands in the area. Normally, we have no complaints, but tonight it seemed as if the guys behind the counter just couldn’t get it together. Vincent was helping complete our order and rang us up. He rolled his eyes and audibly sighed at me several times because I changed my mind from a 1 item to a 3 item so I could have wontons to share with my family. When I let him know that there was water on the counter they used for signing receipts, he was very sarcastic about cleaning it up right away. It was a big problem to get sweet and sour sauce for our won tons and egg roll. Leaving tonight disappointed in the service, but the food was delish!

Food trays always empty and they ask you to wait if you want anything. It feels like it’s everyone’s first day in the job as their slow and don’t seem to know what their doing.

Everytime I am at this location the employees always tell«oh the dish you want will be ready in 5 – 10 minutes» If you’re looking forward to your favorite dish be prepared to wait for it. It always happens and by the reviews below– it just reassures me that they need to fix this problem.

I had good experiences and some bad so I give it 3 stars. I ordered a large catering order and they didn’t give me soy sauce or other sauces which if I spend $ 200 worth of food they should have asked. Sometimes the service is bad and other times it is really good. It depends on who is working that night. Once I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make more food but that time the manager gave me a free drink and food during my wait. Another time I had to wait and they were rude to me and served other people before me.

This restaurant is very conservative with giving food. The price is not worth for what they give. The only reason why I’m giving it two stars is the food quality is fresh and good.

Came with my kids to Panda today. Food was enjoyable, but the seemingly disillusioned Manager, Alan, left me with a bit of sour chicken stuck in my craw. Although he’s only once spoken condescendingly to my kids, I’ve witnessed several of his impatient outbursts. Today the target of his horrible attitude and impatience was a lady who spoke no English. I’m giving 3 stars because the food is fine and the rest of the staff is fine. As a regular customer, I do hope someone in «senior» management reads this post. He has no business being in any customer facing job, let alone one where he has to deal with large swaths of the general public. Patience and service go hand in hand, Kim Jong Alan. Witnessing fellow customers being demeaned is a sure-fire way to lose customers, no matter how much better it makes your little-man syndrome feel. Panda Express, you can find better out there! This customer doesn’t need to see this angry, token Asian dude in there, just because it’s Chinese food. Your customers(and I’m sure employees) would much rather have a non hostile dining/work experience.

Horrible service and treated us bad. My friends and I walked into the restaurant walking our scooters in so they would not get stolen. The manger walked up and freaked out and told us to get the hell out or pay for the floor. He did not ask to us leave the scooters out side he rudely told us to leave. I will not be going back to that Panda Express and I think that manger should be fired for treating a customer that way. I don’t know his name but he has black hair and is Asian and about 5 feet tall #firehim

This place gets all the stars for great service. Vincent was the best as my husband and I watched him efficiently, serving, being the cashier, bus boy, restaurant manager, etc. We went near the close of business, and the restaurant was clean. It’s VERY rare to find a younger person that shows great customer service, but Vincent, you’re the BEST!!! Keep up the great work!

Manager was working the food line. Wife ordered orange chicken bowl and he gave her half a scoop, barely filled up half of the bowl. They were incredibly stingy with their portioning for us. Stay away from this place.

Employees here are pretty nice, except the portions they give are kind of small for what you pay for. I come for my lunch breaks sometimes to fulfill my orange chicken craving, but lately their orange chicken has been mainly just the breaded skin… Their friend rice is very dry and the chow mein tastes different, it seems like they changed the recipe?

Wanted some beef and broccoli, so stopped here. 75% of their choices were nearly empty, to the point where you wouldn’t get a fair serving. The rest was deep fried, and not on my food plan. Waited 15 minutes, not one bowl on the serving line was replenished.

I am normally pretty fond of Panda Express. However, this one is by far the worst one I have been through. Pretty standard meal, 2 item, orange chicken and mushroom chicken. Daniel, the asst manager, who was working the line… totally unfriendly. The girl at the register was nice. The food was awful. Fried rice crunchy, not cooked. Orange chicken, over cooked. This was a really poor experience. I will try again and amend my review if it is different. Today, not good.

Tried this location a few times. Nice people behind the counter but the food is just plain awful. Salt and oil overload, more than typical fast food Chinese and more than other Panda locations. Tonight I tried the Shanghai beef, a «premium entrée» which cost extra and all but one piece was pure gristle. Not comin’ back.

Nicest employees and great service! They were out of veggies so they told me it was going to be a few minutes for them to cook more, which I said was no problem at all. I filled up a water cup right after, but then decided to order a soda too, and they employee gave me one no charge since I had to wait for my food, which was already done no more than 1 min later! Great food always! Love the honey shrimp

Panda Express has always been one of my favorite places to eat, but the last two times that I ordered from this location I ended up with a severe stomachache and diarrhea. The first time I figured that maybe the Shanghai Angus Steak was too heavy for me. But this last time I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki(with no sauce) and the Mushroom Chicken with a plain white rice side. Still ended up with diarrhea. I don’t think it’s this particular location’s fault. I think Panda has changed their recipes. Someone else who used to be a fan of Panda Express has said their menu items have become greasier. It’s a disappointment, but I can no longer eat at Panda Express.

I’m in line… still. Dinner time, when it’s usually busy, but one person is working the service line. So, one customer gets their order… then gets rung up… then another… so far, 10 minutes 8n line, and 2 people have checked trough. The server is trying, but hey — franchisee — get the kid some help or get your butt in here. I’d leave but the teriyaki place next door is closed, so here I am. I expect the food quality to be the usual, but this sort of staffing is intolerable. Great news! Manager has jumped in a picked up the pace, the portions are great as usual, and once I suffered through the line, I enjoyed. 3 stars, because the line wasn’t well managed, but otherwise good.

I don’t do chain Chinese food often but I have to say this location the food was very fresh and hot! Pleasantly surprised! Clean as well. It’s close to the high school so be careful when you go because it can get crowded when the kids are off on their lunch break.

Store very clean. Foods is fresh. Good portion for the comb. Staffs greeting every customer. Only thing need to improve is remember to say every customer about trying sample don’t do it as random because might misunderstood… think why I’m not important than the others

Stopped in here for dinner Wednesday night, and it wasnt too crowded. There was an employee cleaning up a spilled soda at a table, who was a little bit in the way of guests trying to get in line, when it wasnt quite necessary, and she wasnt all that willing to move, but it wasnt the end of the world. I ordered Orange Chicken and Black Pepper Chicken with half Chow Mein and half Veggies. I never knew veggies were an option, I like that. The Chow Mein was a little dry and didnt have a lot of flavor, and the Black Pepper Chicken was a bit mushy. The Orange Chicken was great, as were the veggies. The service was quick, efficient and friendly.
