We have been getting pizza delivered from this location for over 2 years. Quality pizza everytime, delivery within 30 minutes(we order online), delivery person always courteous we tip well. Craig

I have been a fan of Papa John’s for about 5 years; however, this location has made me never want to eat Papa John’s again. Firstly, we decided to go with Papa John’s ‘cos they are generally better than all the chain pizza places. They cost us a bit more than Domino’s or Pizza Hut would have, but I figured hey — it’s a better pizza — I don’t mind.(I’m sorry though, $ 6 for breadsticks and $ 7 for chicken?!) $ 30 and 40 minutes later, the food comes. Driver was pleasant, so kudos to him. When we opened up the food, the disappointment set in. I have never seen such greasy parmesan breadsticks in my entire life. The grease was dripping through the box and got all over my kitchen counters.(eww) Had they not been greasy and soggy, they would have tasted great. The pizza(Papa’s Favorite) tasted like someone poured a contained of salt over it. The chicken was bland. Will never order from here again!

Never really have been a big fan of Papa John’s Pizza and my recent experience has put me over the TOP. I’m SO done with this place. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I order a pizza online at 6:57pm on a Thursday night, the email confirmation say about 40 – 50 minutes(seems like a long time but I’m okay with it. At 7:54pm I call the store because I’ve heard NOTHING and am getting hungry and a little impatient, I would at least expect a call by this time. I WAIT on HOLD(ignore) for 9 minutes and have to call back to get a hold of someone. Adam answers the phone and is very polite but doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. He offers to have a new pizza made and delivered but says that will probably take an additional 25 – 30 minutes. I tell him that this is unacceptable. He apologizes and says that he will have to talk to the Manager to see IF he can get me a complimentary pizza as a consolation… IF? Really? Are you serious? How ridiculous is that? I ask what the Mangers name is and he then tells me that HE is the Manager on Duty? Excuse me? So let me get this straight you have to talk to YOURSELF to see if you can get me a complimentary pizza? I’m LOST. Then I said okay then who is YOUR Manager and he says Jesus. He again apologizes but has NO solution that is acceptable and proceeds to tell me that the ONLINE ordering system doesn’t really communicate with the staff very well(or something to that effect) WHAT? Okay, I’m DONE, I ask him to please credit my account he agrees and hangs up. Mean while I think about it for a minute and decide that I had better go down there to get a refund receipt. I arrive and am told by Adam that he has NOWAY to give me a receipt, in his defense he at least tried to call his Manager and Corporate to satisfy me. UNBELIEVABLE… He does manage to have Corporate sent me an email confirming the refund. I’M NEVERGOINGBACKTOTHISSTORE. EVER!!! Good luck to all who deal with Papa John’s
