Wow I’m still in awe of my experience that was created by the King of All salesman «Tim Tran».
I normally hate buying a car but I was entertained and laughed and enjoyed every minute of it.
Tim made me feel as if I was his only customer, in fact like a family member. He was knowledgeable and made my every wish come true! He truly is a awesome guy and I will send all my friends and family there. I couldn’t be happier. Love, Love, Love my car!

After extensive research, I spoke with and/​or met sales personnel from six dealerships before interacting with Bradley for whom I cannot speak enough kind words. He knew I was driving vehicles from other dealerships, to include another Lexus dealership. He was kind, informative, and patient, answering all questions with complete honesty. The vehicle was for my wife so you married guys know you’d better get this right. And he helped me do that. He helped me with an incredible Lexus Certified RX350 with ridiculously low miles and below book value. The inside even still smelled new.
The dealership then provided an interest rate lower than my own bank could offer. At delivery, they walked my wife through all of the various features and provided a direct dial to the person that could answer any further technical questions. After the sale, i received an amazing email from Bradley that his job was just beginning and he was equally responsible for the after sale experience and any additional required information. It was an incredible experience from start to finish.
I’ve bought from Lexus dealerships before but none like this dealership. They exceeded all expectations on every level. Don’t bother shopping anywhere else, or any other Lexus dealerships as your experience simply won’t be the same. Just go see Bradley and be done with it. You’re in great hands.

The car buying process can be incredibly tedious, however Tim Tran made the process seemless. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the brand and worked adamantly on my behalf to find me the perfect car. I could not have asked for a better experience at South County Mission Viejo Lexus. I got a great deal there with a price lower than the market and i’m very happy with them.

I brought my car in for them to replace my crack radiator. I bought the car from a national used car dealership (not gonna name them) and I chose to buy the extended warranty because you just never know what you will get from them. The first time I need some warranty work done, I took my car to the used car dealership to be repaired, it was done faster than promised but the quality was below my expectations.
So when my radiator decided to do its best impression of a Metro LA water main, my first thought was South County Lexus. This being my first visit there I was thoroughly impressed in how they carry themselves and treat their guests. The work was done quickly and exceeded my expectation. I will be returning for anything that needs to be handled.

My sales specialist, Amir Sharafi, was very knowledgeable, not just with Lexus but the auto industry as a whole. Not a pushy dealer. I visited this dealership twice, both times Amir treated me with respect, spent hours with me, and waited patiently until I became comfortable enough to choose my car.
Negotiating and financing was hassle free. I definitely recommend this Lexus dealership.

Don’t ever buy or lease a car from this dealership! They flat out lie to you and the BBB. I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and I will never step foot in their doors again.
I returned my last Lexus 250 ISC and traded it in for a new Lexus. As you know you squabble over the price of your car and the price of the new car and when the deal is done, it is done; other than those items that the finance person tries to tack on at the end. I was upfront with my sales guy and told him I was missing one key which should have been reflected in the trade in price.
About 5 months later I get a letter from a collection agency for $ 405 dollars, the cost of the missing key. I call the dealership and speak to my sales agent and he agrees, that is a mistake and he will take care of it.
I call the collection agency and tell them that it is being taken care of, they tell me that only way to resolve the issue is to blank blank blank.
So let my sales agent know the precise steps that need to be taken to clear me of the debt.
July comes, another bill, August comes, another bill, this time I go into the dealership with the bill from the collection agency and ask to speak to the manager.
The manager comes out, my sales agent comes and states «Oh good, the letter, now we can get this fixed.» Really? You could have asked for it.
No letters for awhile, December rolls around and a man who sounds like he breaks knee caps calls demanding the $ 405.00.
I am royally angry and I just go straight to the BBB and report the agency.
The Manager had the audacity to tell the BBB that he had tried several times to reach me and had left messages but I had not bothered to return his calls.
I sent screen shots of my phone showing that he had called once and I had immediately returned his phone call.
He then phoned me and told me he would send a check for $ 405 if I would take down my complaint from the BBB site. I said when I receive my check, he said fine.
No check has been ever sent and guess what?
Another bill from the collection agency has arrived.
I have several emails from Lexus that state I do not owe the money, but they will not take the time or effort to resolve the issue for a long time customer.
Please support me — DO NOT BUY OR LEASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNTIL THEY HAVE PAID THE $ 405!

I wish I could give this dealership a lower rating, I really wish I could.
I don’t even know where to begin.
Talked with two salesman and one was nice and other one was too rude (yes tall, Indian or Mexican looking, dark skin dude, I’m talking about you)
I went there, test drove a car and told them that I’m considering other cars as well up front
Went back again the next day and everything was changed in matter of a day. 14k discount became 10k, 599 monthly payment became 750. Ok fine, lets just say they ended running that special or whatever (should have mentioned that though but nope) so we inquire about a cheaper model (about 50k compare to previously selected 80k model) and guess what? One sales person quoted us 450 in the parking lot and second one quotes us 650, wait what? Obviously we mentioned that and answer to that was «he doesn’t know anything, I asked my manager and this is the price»
So out of curiosity, I asked, how come monthly payment for 50k car is 650 and 80k car is 750? And he said, it was a good deal and you should have accepted it. Smh, freaking salesmans, have you ever made that kinda decision on the spot? Or maybe you don’t realize that 80k is a big amount.
Never stepping foot again in this two toned dealership where even manager doesn’t have courtesy to come out and resolve the issue and salesman thinks that they have absolute power.

This place use to be awesome. Something has changed over the last two years since we bought our last car from them. It feels more like shady business tactics now. Look up «bait and switch» because it felt very similar to that. The only person that seemd like a great person was Anthony. I wish we could have given him our business this time around as he was fantastic. He is the only reason they received any stars.

I’ve purchased 3 Lexus’s from this dealership (and it’s prior owners before them). But I’m just now writing my review and here’s why. I didn’t realize I was spoiled by Lexus service until now. I decided to buy a Porsche Cayenne instead of a 4^th Lexus RX350. I wanted something different. I know it’s a lot more expensive than a Lexus, which means, the service I’m getting from my Porsche dealership should be that much better, right? Well… it’s not. And I’m disappointed in Porsche service because Lexus treated me so well. Here has been my maintenance/​service experience with Lexus at this dealership over the last 10 years…
When I purchased my vehicle, I always got a tour of the service bay and how things worked. Then when I would bring my car in for service or repair, I was so used to be greeted by a Lexus representative even before I put my car in park, holding my door for me, welcoming me in and asking how they could help me. I was so used to having a service advisor right there to work with me, get me quickly entered into the system and on my way with my loaner car. They walked me out, offered me a bottle of water and opened the door for me to my loaner and away I would go.
My Lexus advisor, RGD, also would call me to let me know the car was being worked on or serviced (whatever I was in there for), I would get an update a while later and then again when the vehicle was ready for pickup.
When I would arrive with my loaner, once again, I was greeted with a smile at the exact moment I stopped the vehicle in the entrance bay. My car was cleaned and ready for me to drive off, payment quickly processed, and away I would go.
Every. Single. Time. For 10 years, this is the service I got. I remember it so clearly and I was so pleased by that service because… well… Porsche doesn’t do this at all. Let me share with you how Porsche services my car. It’s a stark contrast to the great service I got from Lexus. I swear, my Porsche is only a week old but I’m already planning on coming back to Lexus when I’m done. Here was my first service experience at Porsche today:
I pulled into their service bay this morning, which was blocked and unorganized, nobody came to greet me for…10 minutes. No joke, 10 minutes I sat in my car. There was only one car in front of me in the service bay and that guy wasn’t getting helped either. So then I backed up, parked my car in visitor parking and walked all around looking for the service department. I walked by empty office after empty office yet Porsche personnel were everywhere, but nobody saw the lost look on my face and offered to help me. I ended up going back into the showroom, finding my sales rep and he helped me find my service person. They plopped me in his office where I waited another 5 minutes or so before the service guy arrived and didn’t even apologize for keeping me waiting. I was told the protective coating was being applied to my car that day and that they would call me when it was done. «Should be an hour or so». I was told. 6 hours later, I called the dealership and inquired. Had to leave a voice mail. They called me back a few minutes later and my service advisor said, «yep, it’s almost done. Should be another 20 minutes or so. We’ll call you when it’s ready.» That was 2 hours ago.
So, those of you wondering whether or not to buy a Lexus and get it serviced here… definitely do it. But be warned — you’ll get spoiled.

Majority of the people are so nice and helpful. Eric Parker was extremely rude though. Other than that I’ve always had a nice experience with this Lexus.

I bought a car last week from Tim Tran at South County Lexus. I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience with Tim and the rest of the South County Lexus team had to be shared. Most people agree that buying a car can be challenging. Negotiations are tough. However, my experience with Tim was so enjoyable, and yes, even fun. Tim was knowledgeable and I never felt pressured or rushed into my purchase. He treated me like I was a friend not a customer…
I have owned 2 previous Lexus cars purchased from a dealership that started with a T. It is my opinion, this place should be schooled from the staff at South County. At South County, Tim and his team were with me throughout the entire transaction. Customer service was top quality. Keegan spent time with me learning all the logistics of navigation, radio, etc. He gave me his card and said «call me, you will have more questions». And he has been available whenever I call. Tim’s sales style is exceptional. He even took pictures of me and my new car and sent them to me. He called me the very next day to ensure everything was OK, and has called me two more times since then just to check in and ensure everything was going smoothly.
I am blown away with the service I received and am still receiving at South County. Thank you Tim (my little Bobby Lee — Elvis)…

If you are thinking of buying a Lexus car make sure to see Tim Tran!!! He is the «Hans solo of Lexus sales. He is so friendly, honest and very helpful. You will feel like you have known him for a long time. No pressure and no games with him. I just bought my CT200H from him yesterday. I love this car dealer. I will definitely recommend this car dealer and Tim Tran.
As soon as we got there, Tim immediately acknowledged us and we told him that I wanted a CT200H — Nebula Gray! My husband and I test drove the car. It was fun and great experience. This was the shortest time I spent in buying a car. No hassle.

I went to South County Lexus on the last day of the year hoping to find a good deal on a pre-​owned CT 200h. It was New Year’s Eve day and I didn’t have much time since I was heading out to a San Diego hotel for dinner and to celebrate.
Cesar Genem was there to help me when I walked in. I told that I was interested in a car that I had seen advertised that morning. He showed me the car, we took it for a ride, and that was it. I got the deal I wanted along with the extended warranty and I was out in about an hour. It was one of the fastest and most pleasant car-​buying experiences I have ever had. I even drove the car to San Diego that same day. The car is awesome and so is this dealership.

My wife has been wanting to down size from her 2010 Lexus GX460 to a newly redesigned 2016 Lexus RX350. She saw the pictures of the redesigned RX back in April but after calling a dealer to find out when they would be in the showrooms, she found out they wouldn’t be out until November. Starting early November, we went to our local Lexus dealer to test drive and narrow down options and color she would want. After working with the local dealer and even a second dealer, neither one lived up to their word and wasted a month and a half of our time thinking they were going to get her the RX she wanted.
I was frustrated and on ¹²⁄₃₀ I did my own search with every Lexus dealer in Southern California. I found one dealer in So Cal who had the RX my wife wanted but with the regular stereo system and not the premium stereo that she preferred (which also cost more money).
That dealer was South County Lexus. I made a phone call to find out if in fact they had this RX on their lot. I spoke to Tim Tran in the Sales Dept. I gave him the stock number that was on their website and Tim went to work for me. He talked to his manager and found that the RX was on a back storage lot. I thought this was good and it probably wasn’t test driven much or at all. I asked Tim to go to the RX and tell me the mileage. He finally found the RX on the back lot and texted me pictures of the RX and picture of the dash showing the mileage.
It only had 11 miles on it so I told him we would be down by noon the next day.
The next day when we arrived at South County Lexus, Tim had the RX brought over from the back lot. We met with Tim and he showed us the RX and had my wife do a test drive. She loved it (regular stereo system and all). When you meet Tim, this guy is a real character but he got the job done. He got us a fair price for the RX and even got us a fair price for the trade in of my wife’s GX.
With our experience at South County Lexus, we recommend this dealership and ask for Tim Tran to help you out.

I have leased a new lexus here and I had a very good experience.
My sales person, Ali, was very informative, helpful and friendly. He helped me choose the right car without any push. He then found me the color I liked in another dealership and traded it for me since they did not have it in lot. They were able to give me a very good deal. I had numbers from other sources and they beat every single offer I had.
Delivery and paperwork was pretty straight forward. I was surprised that unlike most other dealerships, they did not try to force me to buy extended coverage, … while signing the papers. I am really satisfied with their service.

This review is for one of the best Sales Agents I’ve ever met Nasser Naderi. I have scheduled an appointment to meet with Jason unfortunately when I arrived at the dealer Jason was not able to meet with me instead he had Nasser. I am really thankful that I met with Nasser without him I am still probably looking for a replacement car.
I have an old car that just gave up and fixing it will cost a lot of money. I have been looking for almost a year on what car I should get and I have visited a lot of dealers from BMW, Acura, Mercedes and Subaru’s.
It was my first time visiting South County Lexus, Nasser welcomed me and understood right away what I am looking for. Nasser ran the numbers and came back to me with 3 options that I could not resist he also said that I do not need to decide that day and he will not push me.
I told Nasser that I will think about it and left. As soon as we walked outside the dealership my wife and me had a discussion about the deal sweet deal he has given to us so we came back right away. Nasser welcomed me again and said thank you for coming back he, the process was smooth everyone in the dealership is really friendly.
The good part of this review is the after purchase Nasser sent a follow up email and even called me on my cellphone to ask how I like the new car and how’s my family.

I’ve been eyeing the newly released 2014 IS models for quite some time now. I’ve always loved the more sleek lines presented and it really compelled me to get a Lexus. After some extensive browsing on different dealerships, I finally settled on going to South County Lexus since they had the color I was looking for. After entering my information for an inquiry, I quickly received an email back with the information needed to schedule an appointment online; I got a prompt email I would be dealing with and all the details regarding the dealership.
My point of contact was Joe Cram. Upon arrival, I was greeted with the front desk and promptly asked who I was looking for. I informed that I was looking for Joe for a 3pm appointment. After waiting for a brief moment, Joe came out to greet me. We walked over to the car to check it out and went for a test drive.
After the test drive, we went into the office to talk about the details. Since I was trading in my car as well to use toward the car, everything went very smoothly and I was presented with the terms. From start to finish it took about 4 hours to complete. The dealership closed at 7 but I never felt pressured or rushed. The workers there all were very patient in explaining everything about the car and how it works. Since I needed to get signature from my mom who was about an hour away, Joe said that he would personally drive back to my area so that she did not have to drive out all the way there which was very nice.
We met at a local starbucks to get everything signed and after that it was smooth sailing! I recommend coming to this dealership if you are looking for a new or used Lexus. As Joe said it «we are a very low-​key dealership, you either buy it or don’t buy it.» With this no BS attitude you will be sure to get great customer service at a great price!
