They were able to get out promptly to my rental property and fix the heating unit right on the spot for my tenants during this cold spell in socal! The technician did the work on the spot ! The communication with the office was great and everything went very smoothly (albeit the fact that the tech did the repair before getting me an estimate which was my only concern) it all wet great and they got the job done! i would def use them again for all my needs!

Quick, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional!
On one of the hottest night last week our AC stopped working at 9:30pm. Call and Mike came within 30min to the rescue. Toddler, pregnant wife and dog all rest well for the night!

I was referred by a family member to use this company for an air conditioning repair at my rental property. The service man was Scott. He did a great job on repairing our a.c. Unit. He recharged the ac with freon and it works great again. He was able to bill me since I don’t live there it being my rental property. All in all really great referral and great service.

The owner of this company, Larry, installed my A/​C unit a few years back. I’ve been very happy with the unit & it’s performance. This Spring, I turned the A/​C on and it was blowing hot air. I called Rancho Viejo A/​C and Larry came right out — it was even on a Saturday. It turned out there was nothing wrong with the A/​C unit. Rats had chewed through the electrical wires on the exterior of my home. Larry rewired the unit and checked everything else, all for a very low price. I would recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors.
