Horrible coffee frappé I got from this Starbucks. Never have I gotten a frappé that’s this slushy and icey. Money gone down the drain for this. Apart from that the staff here is very rude and seem miserable working here. I recommended going to a different Starbucks. This one always gets my drinks wrong /​drinks are made horribly.

They got my whole order wrong… I ordered a grande caramel Frapuccino with extra caramel and a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. They diddnt put any caramel in my drink whatsoever and it was too milky. The sandwich diddnt have cheese on it and it was falling apart. I made them redo my order and the drink did have extra caramel this time but it was like water. When I got my sandwich back it wasn’t even put together there was two pieces just laying in the bag. How hard is it to get an order right and do it nicely? I don’t see in n out ever getting an order wrong.

I get coffee here at least 3 times a week, the only thing the drive thru takes for ever at times n i wish i didnt have to taste or smell the lotion of the person who put the lid on the cup.

The cappuccino I just ordered wasn’t even half full I asked them to make sure it was correctly filled and pretty much brushed me off

Worlds slowest Starbucks ever… they will have 5 – 6 people in line and have 1 cashier and 1 person making drinks. Not sure how that makes sense from a business standpoint! Only reason I go here is because it’s close to work but I would almost rather drive further away from work to avoid this location!

wtf who came in at 3pm and blasted the music. what is this a concert hall or a nice place to come and read, socialize, catch up on work, read a paper, relax?

Baristas here are super friendly, drinks always taste how they are supposed to. They able always aim a good mood and it’s never a long wait even with a long line. Which is almost always.

Considering how much of a Starbucks junkie I am, quality products and service is vey important to me, as should it be with anyone. I love this location considering how close it is in location to my school. The drive through makes it convenient if it is too cold in the mornings to step outside. Employees are always fast in response and very helpful! I often have weird drink requests, nothing close to what their menu offers, and everytime they nail it!
I was running late to class today, and of course I stopped by to get my drink and snack. Today I had requested a trenta mix of lemonade, very berry hibiscus refresher along with the lime refresher, topped with a splash of pashion tea on light ice. So frickin delicious. I have a big sweet tooth and this is amazing. My snack was the holiday turkey sandwich, a must try considering Thanksgiving is around the corner!
The layout of this store is so clean and easy for mobility. Their «condiments» bar is located by the door, a good place for easy access considering the pick up location for your drinks is a bit crammed into a corner. They have a huge array of all their new cups for their ‘Dot’ collection. Beautiful cups, and if I had a million dollars Id buy them all. While waiting in line, like any Starbucks, they have their display case of all their pastries, sandwiches, and other foods. Their peppermint brownie cake pops are back for the holiday season, and is a MUST try! Crushed peppermint ontop is to die for.
Service is fast and always bustling, a gaurenteed delivery of your drink in what seems like under a minute on a slower day along side all the drinks being made for the drive through.
The drive through seems to have a huge line on most mornings as expected, and I decided to wait one morning. The line moved ALOT more faster than I had anticipated. It wont be a waste of your time.
This location, like all others, offers online order, making pickup alot faster. Bonus!
Overall I love this location compared to others who are lacking in customer service, making fun of their customers for certain conditions they are unable to control (I have fallen victim to this in a Laguna Niguel location) as well as throwing your food at you.

This Starbucks is very efficient and accurate with my order. I came through the drive thru on Saturday and ordered my iced coffee with nonfat milk and pumpkin spice, it was so delicious. The barista had a friendly voice in the drive thru speaker and the second barista at the window was welcoming and smiling. I love this location. You must come here! I highly recommend!

«Tall black, red-​eye (that’s a add 1 shot of expresso). No cream. No sugar. Thank you…» –makes for the best coffee in existence at most any place that prides itself on its methods of finding high quality beans and the science of roasting.

The two best things about this place is that it’s close to the community college AND it has a drive thru! I drive through in between my classes to get myself a Salted Caramel Mocha Frapp and they always get it right. Service is very courteous and efficient. Really no complaints and I’m happy I get to treat myself in between boring lectures.

Visited this location today before work using the mobile order and pay app for the first time. When I got to the store my drink was hot and ready for pickup at the bar. Great service from the barista, Alyssa.
Will for sure return to this location for their excellent service and great taste of drinks.

This place is a hit or miss. I had a grande pumpkin spice latte and it was the right temperature and tasty. This barista was very friendly, unlike the last time. Like I said, hit or miss because of the Barista, that means there’s some management problem perhaps or just some disgruntled unhappy people in the afternoon shift? They can also improve on the waiting time. :)

This is the only close drive thru I know and it’s always packed. At least five cars deep, but the wait doesn’t seem too long. The people are pretty friendly and every time I ordered my drink, I never really had any issues. The design of the drive thru is a little annoying as when it gets long you need to drive in from a certain side because it wraps around the parking lot.

At first when I pulled up to this place I saw the drive-​through line was very long. But to my surprise there since the words very well and I was in and out within five minutes of my order. Not only was the service very fast but the drink was made exactly to my specific order and I was very satisfied, I will be returning here again!

Worst starbucks ever. Employees are very rude, my drink is always wrong. If i had a choice, would give this stsrbucks 0 stars. But i cant.

«You know that there is a Starbucks drive through, right?» This was told to me once by my wife and I am here now every morning on my way to work since we moved down the street. I haven’t even unpacked my coffee maker. NICEST MORNING STAFF EVER!!! These guys are on point, there could be a line snaking around the building and the wait is never more than about 15 minutes. We are always impressed, and I look forward to seeing these guys everyday. Any reason that anyone could write a bad review is beyond me — these guys are AMAZING!!!

It’s starbucks… large chain style coffee at high prices. Once you understand that and evaluate the drinks on their own merit and not the price points it’s great. I’ve been coming to this starbucks for years, mostly because of my ex and her need to drink coffee ever second of the day.
The drinks are always consistent and the staff if always friendly. This one has a drive thru but its crazy super slow. I got stuck in the drive thru here once for 18 minutes. Its killed my entire commute that morning. I only come here now when I see no one in the drive thru.
overall it’s a nice place with great drinks. I’d give it 5 stars if it was a little less expensive.

I go to this coffee shop 5 times a week and get the same precise order every single time. My order is a little bit complicated, however the staff has usually been extremely nice, and have adapted my specific drink to exactly how I like it. I get a Grande Iced Coffee in a Venti cup with extra ice *normally they stuff it with ice, which is perfect*, a tsp of 2%milk, and 3 splendas. This is the only location I go to, because if they put to much milk in they will take it back, and redo the drink for me. It’s only happened a dozen times till they knew exactly how I liked my drink. For the most part now, they get my drink perfect. In fact when they see me they usually know exactly what I want and every one is so polite and friendly. Those people I will order my drink from every time! They are the reason for five stars.
However today: I went and ordered my usual, and the girl must have been new, but the drink is nearly white, and I sent it back. All they did was poor out half the drink and add coffee, without adding any sweetner back in, and there is barley any ice. So now I have a slightly cold-​still to much milk-​less sweet– coffee. And the window girl gave me attitude, saying «we don’t have a tsp measuring»… And was very rude to me. This is the reason I will only be giving 4 stars.

Came here to work on my reports while waiting for my daughter’s softball practice.
I frequent this location many times a week.
I have to say the nighttime crew is nowhere near as clean as the daytime crew.
Been here for 3 hours now. Trash cans are all full, the condiment counter is filthy. There’s newspapers on it too?
The men’s room is filthy, out of seat covers and trash all over the floor because the trash can is overflowing.
The whole time the staff is chitchatting away with not a concern in the world.
