I second what D. G posted on 12÷21÷15. I recently had a horrible experience with Rhonda, I found her to be rude. I purchased a Diane Von Furstenburg Leopard purse here for like $ 250. I went to the TJ Max/Home Goods in Aliso Viejo like two days later and found a Gucci purse I liked better, so I came back to this location like three days later to return the leopard purse and purchase a lot of other stuff for a home I’m decorating. The stuff i wanted to buy cost more than the purse I was returning but she would not let me do an exchange cause I didn’t have a receipt even thought all the tags were attached. I wasn’t asking for money back, just exchange the purse and let me buy more! She rudely told me no and said for any purse purchase over $ 200 you have to have the receipt even for an exchange. So, I went home and found my receipt and came back with it and did the return a couple days later. My biggest issue was that there was no sign saying you had to have receipt with you for purse exchange, nor did any employees tell me this upon purchase. All other merchandise you can exchange as long as tags are still attached.

Such a waste of time. Rhonda P. Is the most horrible manager. You can buy from this store but if you ever go to return and say you don’t have a receipt, she is going to tell you that it’s a year old!!! This store may close under her management. Most unfriendly shopping experience.

I have been to only a few of these stores in my life. This one is amazing. They are so nice and have designer stuff for great deals!

I haven’t written a review on here in a while, but the customer service here is so appalling that I came on here just to warn you all. I came here two days ago to return an item that was sold to me with a hole in it and was not marking damaged or anything. I arrived at the store a few minutes before closing and there was no one in line for returns. The manager(I think her name was Juliana or something like that) promptly walked over to me and told me that they were closed even though there were others still in the store. I told her that it was not yet 9:30 and she told me that it didn’t matter and that they would not take my return. Another customer saw this all happen and said outside that she was shocked by the employee’s behavior. Even though they sometimes have some good deals, save yourself the hastle of dealing with horrible customer service and go somewhere else.

Olivia S. handled a return and rang up my purchase of a Cedar Aromatic Shoe Rack. $ 29.99. She has an infectious smile and is extremely friendly. Glad I came in today! :-)

I just wanted to thank the store manager, my wife bought a dress 6 months ago, and she never used it, and she asked me to return it back, which I did, the store manager was very nice.

***This TJ Maxx might be good for TJ Maxx fans though I’m not a big fan of this store along with Marshalls and Ross; I think they might have good deals here, but you really have to look; some of the store was a tad disorganized*** This TJ Maxx is located in a retail plaza with its own free parking lot. The parking lot is huge and it is easy finding an open space.

Stopped by here and to check for a few discount items. not bad. The store is super organized. I dont think I’ve seen any TJ Maxx, Marshalls or Ross this clean and organized. Friendly staff and plenty of parking.

Got frustrated and overwhelmed the moment I stepped inside. No organization, no customer service. Blech!

I’ve consistently visited this location of TJ Maxx and have never been impressed with the customer service. The ladies who work in the fitting rooms are annoyed and grouchy when sharing«you can’t take shoes back there». Most of the checkout folks are friendly, but do not go out of their way to get you out of there. Lunch time is the worst and they never prepare for the rush, so there is usually a long line and wait to check out. Last week when I went in, the lady at the jewelry counter didn’t greet me after I looked around for almost 2 minutes, but as soon as some older women walked up, she perked up and asked if they needed help. I made eye contact with her and she realized that I noticed this. She asked if I needed help and I gave and assertive«no» and left. The place is so convenient to my workplace with good deals on clothes, but I’d rather spend my money at another location and experience better service.

This location has A LOT of nice designer names– more so than any other TJ Maxx I’ve been to… Seriously, you can’t beat a gorgeous Badgley Mischka dress for $ 100! I ended up getting a super cute French Connection silk dress for $ 30, so I was happy. No crowding, nice and orderly, and the line moved well… What more can you ask for in a discount clothing store???

Love love love TJ Maxx but am usually disappointed with this location. It never seems clean, staff is always ehhhh and it’s definitely a dig to have to find things unlike the Aliso store. I did a little shopping for the home with grams on Monday and went to this location since it was on the way to dropping grams back home but we were both disappointed when the selection of each item was limited(as far has home goods go-Guess that’s why I go to Aliso or an actual«HomeGoods» store)

I love the thrill of the hunt discount shopping offers. Will I find something great? Will it be clothes, or luggage, shoes? I never know what I will walk out with. I love that TJ Maxx carries some higer end name brands than Ross or Marshalls. I’ve found some amazing item for myself and my husband at this location and I always have to hold myself back from going overboard on purchases. It can be pricy but when I can find an $ 80 pair of Joe’s Jeans in my size that I practically haven’t taken off since I bought them six months ago, I think it’s worth it.
