We are a full service tax preparation firm located in Overland Park, Kansas. For more than 60 years, we have been providing tax preparation, retirement, tax and estate planning and many other accounting services to a wide range of clients, including both businesses and individuals, throughout the greater Kansas City area.

Ethel H.

Business Owner

Ethel Holt started her tax business in her home in 1951. At that time, she had 10 clients. Within several years and by word of mouth, she was doing taxes for more than 300 clients. In 1993, Holt’s Tax Inc. opened the current office at 65^th & Metcalf. Ethel’s business has been built on the referrals of her clients. Today the office is staffed by Ethel’s children and family members. It truly is a family business. Many of Ethel’s original clients and their families continue to come to Holt Tax to this day.
