This park is way out in the boonies on the river floodplains just on the Missouri River. Lots of bugs and not too many campers, which means it was quiet. The shower house is new, and good. The water is a tea-​like brown. I did not imagine it. There was no campground host, but there were a few campers so I didn’t feel in too much danger. Just across the river is a rock quarry that operates all night with bright lights. There are no maps of the park to be had, so I guess it was OK for a quick overnighter.
