Quality my ass!!! The walls are paper thin! They are booked with family reunions… Kids are running up and down the halls, being obnoxiously loud. Told the front desk. The girl working was nice about it, but when the GM asked what room complained… The GM who wasn’t even working tonight told the girl working the desk to tell me that she heard my dogs loudly scratching at the door… I just checked in tonight… How did she hear that if she’s not here?! And I have been with my dogs all night… They never scratched the door once… Oh and the bar area in the room was dirty and so was the bathroom… Should be called the Ghetto Inn…

This hotel should not even get one star. This hotel sucks!!! We had 2 rooms on the first floor and this hotel rents out there conference room to a church. All we could here was preaching in our room for hours. The General Manager wanted to move us, we had been there all week to much stuff. Then we were told 20 mins. That was a lie, I thought church people are not suppose to lie.
DO NOT STAY HERE.

Omg this place is absolutely gross!!! We made our reservations online for king size bed we get here and they only have 2 queens available the girl gave us a discount for the night and told us we can check out and check back in tomorrow to get s king size bed! The guy before us came down and complained that his AC wasn’t working and bath tub was clogged and this is the 3^rd time he had to change rooms. So anyways we get to our room it wasn’t bad until I go to take a shower the tub is dirty and has hair in it… the shower curtains are dirty and someone’s old used towel was hanging on the curtain rod. So I wore flip flops to take my shower I get out
Grab a towel and there was a long curly hair stuck on it! I go to brush my teeth and there’s hair in the sink! Im thinking did u guys even clean this room??? I’m fed up at this point and they are sold out our room was the last room we came for my brother in laws funeral so to add to all this mess our room really sucks. Getting into bed is what has me writing this review our bed is full of dog or cat hair. And our covers have holes all over it! I just wanna cry right now my husband is stressed out because his brother just died and he is so tired I didn’t wanna make a fuss and have to move to another hotels we traveled here from California and this is soo horrible I just wanna cry! STAY AWAY from this place!!!

For the price, this should be so much better. It says it’s a 100% smoke-​free hotel, but our room reeks of cigarettes. The carpet is gross. The hotel is understaffed and under-​supplied (I requested extra pillows when i made the reservation, but there were none available when I got here. We are very disappointed.

Our visit consisted of a 3 night stay, Friday night through Monday morning. We ended up booking here since it is a pet friendly hotel. We have a 75 pound dog and had no issues getting her in here, which was nice.
Let me start by saying that the staff was over all, amazing! From the front desk attendants to the room maids, they were all very friendly and helpful. Carole, the lead housekeeper is so sweet and made us feel right at home.
Now, the rooms. The first room we were in had some plumbing issues. In the shower for five minutes… the water drained SO slowly it was over my ankles. Gross. We told the front desk and they got someone to fix it. Well, we didn’t get to try the shower because after that our toilet over flowed. They immediately moved us to another room. This second room had no plumbing issues and everything worked fine in it.
The linens were clean and the towels were soft and fluffy. TV was ok, with basic channels and wifi worked without any issues. Mini fridge did it’s job and kept our food and drinks cold.
The clientele, well that’s a different story. Luckily our end of the hallway was quiet, however when we walked to the elevator, one room had screaming and roudy kids from 8am — 10 pm. Not even kidding. The noise was constant. Then, Saturday night the fire alarms started going off. For about 30 minutes they were going on and off. My b/​f and I got our dog on a leash and went outside until it subsided. Apparently someone was smoking and the fire alarm went off (smoke free hotel). This was, to say the least, annoying and disruptive. Then at one point the hallway smelled like weed. It was disgusting. I’m assuming it was probably the same people that made the alarm go off?
If you want a functional hotel room that is clean and comfortable with exceptional staff, don’t shy away. If there are any problems during your visit the staff will make it right!

Without sounding trite my return visit for the 4^th time we’ve stayed at Quality Inn and Suites was better than all the rest the room is very clean spacious the staff was great the parking was awesome the food in the morning at breakfast was excellent and very very convenient to the new venue we were at and who will return and thanks again for having us

Thank you for your response; however, you were the one who personally advised me during our stay that your system was hacked and that 6 other AMEX customers had the same issues. In fact, you were present when one of the would be thieves called me and we discussed the fact you were calling the local police Dept to file a report. I have left messages for The GM to call me back and in fact, he said he would update me on the issues over two weeks ago and I haven’t received a call from him. I can understand the issues at hand but I can’t understand the very poor customer service follow up on top of the bad experience we had at your facility. I wish you all the best and certainly hope lessons learned are reviewed with staff to ensure improved customer service. My daughter had to visit the doctors office three times due to the severity of the bed bug bites and no one from your facility, including the GM has showed any concern or compassion regarding the issues.

BED BUGS!!! If it was possible to leave zero stars, I would. Don’t get fooled by stock photos of how nice it is there. I should have left as soon as I saw two guys smoking at the entrance of this «100% smoke free hotel». Entire lobby smelled like cigarettes, mixed with musky mildew smell. Front desk lady was on the phone about barking dogs that apparently disturbed everyone all day long. Again, should have walked out then. Finally got the room, musky and very strong cigarettes smell — almost threw up. Got a new room — no ac, broken couch, nasty sinks. Everything looks overused, dirty and gross. And the best surprise — bed bugs are waiting for you! Flipped a pillow and probably 15 of them were just hanging out. GROSS! If you can avoid this hotel, please do. Asked for refund and left hotel, only to find out she did not refund me, but charged again!!! Avoid this hotel at all cost! Ended up at Homewood Suites down the road where we had a great experience last year.

If you’re in the area, and considering a hotel– RUN AWAY from this one. We arrived around 11pm to check in and were greeted by the sweetest attendant and the coldest, freshest lobby ever. After asking to look at a room first, I left my hubby in the lobby and ran up to the third floor.
The short story:
You walk out of the beautiful, clean lobby through a glass door to a musty, dirty and smoke infused hallway and have to walk past 10 or so rooms to the elevator. The people I walked past must be living there.
First room: Heat was on (it’s 85 outside). Overpowering Musty smell. Carpet wet.
Second room: cigarette smokey, musty, carpet wet. Essence of mold.
Third room: Attendant excitedly gave us keys to suite but unfortunately same story.
Refund, moved over to Holiday inn express for $ 10 more (amazing). Hopefully the manager will address these issues.

Horrible experience. Smelled like a wet dog inside. 1^st floor under construction, saws and tools scattered all over the place. My small children could have been hurt if the picked up a tool. The pool was dirty and had dead bugs floating in it. The hot tub made a horrible screeching sound when you turned on the jets. Our room was dirty. The ice machine did not work on our floor. Rooms were outdated. The carpet in our room was sticky. We will never stay at a quality inn again. Very disappointing.

Walked into the lobby and the hotel stunk. Literally. But I booked it months ago as part of a trip from Texas to Florida. We’ve stayed at other Choice Hotels and have had mostly positive experiences. Normally when we stay in the Mobile area we stay at the Comfort Inn on I-​10 (an excellent hotel) but since we have 3 extra people with us we did a cheaper hotel and got two rooms. Let me note the good. The price was good. The room has a microwave (albeit it looks like its a 1987 model) a sink, refrigerator, table w/​2 chairs, sleeper-​sofa. So the room itself was ok.
However the lobby in the hotel stunk. We had 2^nd floor rooms and it smelled almost as bad as the lobby but a different smell. I would compare it to a open package of cheap hot dogs. The sink in our room was clogged with stale water and a dead bug floating in it. My sister had nasty water in her toilet when we checked in so she flushed it. It overflowed and flooded her bathroom. I asked the lady working the front office if they had a maintenance man, they didn’t. But they did move us to the third floor which smelled better. The toilets still didn’t flush well but didn’t overflow and they may as well cancel the WiFi b/​c its worthless.

We had a great stay here. The room was large with a nice size kitchen and dining table besides a couch/​living room area and bedroom. The hotel was full of teenagers there for a cross country tournament, yet it was still quiet in our room.
We had a lot of options around us for dinner, and it was right off the freeway, when we had to leave the next day it made it easy.
The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. They also had a washer/​dryer available for us to use (which is huge when we’ve been traveling on tour for over 2 months). They also had a great workout room. It almost inspired me to work out. Almost.
The full breakfast was great!

Terrible. Not worth the price at all! $ 89 is way to expensive for this hole. Ceiling was falling apart in the room, carpet was old and torn, hairs on toilet and shower, we checked the bed for bedbugs just incase, holes in the sheets and towels, mold, etc. Freezer was chocked full of frost, I needed to use it for breast milk storage, overall crap. Bunch of creepy trucker guys standing by the side entry smoking cigarettes while I’m taking my 6wk old inside, rude, and sketchy. Don’t stay here.

Disgusting!!! Do Not Stay Here!!! If you have any standards on where you lay your head this is not the place for you and the price for this filth is outrageous! Checked in at around 1:45 am after driving 3 hours. Got to the room and it smelled like wet gym socks. I felt dirty walking on the carpet and noticed it was damp. The fridge does not work. The flat screens in the photos look nothing like the actual TVs they have in the room. Only one remote no clue where the other remote is. The pull out sofa bed looks like it was taken out of a trash dump. I would not let my kid sleep on that nasty thing. The shower rod in the bathroom was broken at the tile so someone could cut themselves easily. The table is sticky and just nasty. Cracks in the counters and the microwave has to be the oldest one I have ever seen in a hotel. It may be just big enough for a snack bag of popcorn. They offered to change our room but after checking out the «upgrade» which was smaller smelled of smoke and just as bad I am now writing this review while preparing to check into another hotel.
