Established in 1996.

Two brothers, Robert and Dennis, started the company (January 1996) as a residential powerwashing and painting company. Their jobs ranged from Ms. Jones bedroom, insurance fire work, apartment complexes, churches, University of South Alabama’s housing unit of 72 six plexes. In 2000 they painted their first NEW HOME neighborhood for Mitchell Homes of Mobile and quickly decided to specialize in this segment 100%. Due to the nature of the economy in 2010, they changed their business mix to 70% New Homes, 25% Residential/​Property management, 5% Commercial. Now its 2012 and RD LOWES still offers FREE bids and Our Guarantee «no payment due until we are complete and you are satisfied» !

Business Owner

Born in Mobile, AL in 1967. Went to Orchard Elementary ’78, Hillsdale Middle School ’81, Shaw High School ’85, University of South Alabama ’93 (Business Finance). Bought a power washer in 1996 and started the company. My brother Dennis quickly joined and pushed the company to its heights at 1.8 million in sales in 2007. Sadly, Dennis passed away in 2009 leaving Robert to carry on the legacy.
