Rock-n-Roll Sushi

The service was excellent and my salad was great, but I don’t think the sushi (rice) was seasoned at all (with rice vinegar, salt, sugar), the fish was very bland, and the rolls were stuffed with half rice and half fish.

Correction… this review was meant for the Daphne, AL Rock-​n-​Roll Sushi.

If I could leave no stars I would. The service I experienced today was by far the most unprofessional and flat out rudest I have ever encountered. I am truly disgusted. The waitress was completely incompetent & was on her phone the entire time I was there. Finally, I decided to leave and stated that me and my party was ignored and she had the audacity to say in the most ill-​mannered tone that she was just «busy» even though there was only one other table in the restaurant?! HA! Then she proceeded to tell me to «leave». What kind of establishment allows an employee to speak to a customer that way?
Edit: I had my issue resolved after speaking with the manager who was very understanding and professional. She agreed that the waitress was completely out of line and explained to me that they had complaints about that waitress already. I would like to also add in reply to the account that felt the need to defend the waitress & say that she paid out of her pocket, I didn’t realize that «paying» for a tea & WATER was something to be called a hero for. I 100% guarantee you were not there when this event took place.

I normally loveeeee RR sushi. And I still do I love their other locations especially the one by mcgregor that one is my favorite but this location my sushi was hard and had bits that were inedible in it and the waitress was very unfriendly and failed to really do her job by properly explaining things prices etc. and made me feel like she just wanted to hurry up and gr us out will not be returning to this location

Sushi was good. It wasn’t the best I’ve had, and it might be personal preference, but it was good. I had to try the best seller (MJ Roll) and it was good but I’m not much on fried rolls. I also had the Titanic Roll and I liked it more, it tasted more fresh and less fried. Overall, I will go back again to try other rolls. For both rolls and water as my drink, I paid $ 28.50.

Awesome food… fast service. .our waitress Sarah D was wonderful and efficient. I had the tuna tataki to start with a cucumber salad. Both were delicious — light, flavorful just excellent! I had the titanic roll for a main dish and it was amazing! For dessert i had the ice cream with godiva chocolate liqueur.
