Elegant Bride and Quinceanera

Absolutely worst customer service! Wow. How rude. Non refundable deposits on dresses that arrived late. I’ve held off on writing this review for quit a few months but this place is terrible. I’ve also had clients express there own bad experiences. Even if you have 3 months advance, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THE DRESSES ARRIVE LATE and in bad condition with no time to clean or alter. Never, never again.

I got my quince dress here was amazing I LOVED my dress, when I first went in Kassy helped me the whole time. She gave me her opinion on each dress I tired on which I liked because it made my decision a lot easier. My dress came on time. My experience here was great I liked how the girls treated me and my damas. They work with the Damas their group rate is very reasonable. I also got my chambelanes here which was great. It was the one stop shop. Everything thing turned out PERFECT! Thank you EBQ girls. (Just now writing a review due to the fact that I was waiting to post my party picture I just received)

Yeah the last post are correct ! I came in here on the way home look for a mother of the bride dress !! And yes the girl that works there had a bride !!! But she could have at least said hello welcome I be with you after this bride !!
Nope I stood at the counter with a questions she walked by me and did not even look my way !! Yeah not good customer services maybe they need hire someone that wants to build and grow their biz

I defiantly DONTTTT, recommend this place I had look at couple places for dresses for my bridesmaids couldn’t find so I came in here and this sales person Joann is wonderful very helpful, but kassy was very un professional and rude overall I would never use this place too manyyyyyy problem unhappy!!! plus 2 of my girl dresses had stains on them,

Horrible service! Never again. I went in to rent a tuxedo! They started giving me all these mandatory fittings and dates. That is not okay whatsoever. I shouldn’t be moving around my schedule for them. They are the ones who should try and accommodate my schedule. People have jobs and school. Mandatory fittings my butt, I’ll go as soon as my schedule permits! Never again! P. S. The shop feels as if it’s run by teenage girls trying to sell dresses. Unprofessional and rude employees!

This place shouldn’t be called «Elegant». Nothing about this customer service or the employees make this experience exciting! We had the worst time here and will never ever come back! We spent thousands of dollars on dresses and tuxedos only to have everything about them turn out wrong! Just horrible customer service and the girl at the counter was on her cellphone the entire time. I don’t know how this place is still open. If I could give negative stars I would give –10 stars!

This place is the worst. You walk in and they try to be super nice. Once you have purchase everything changes. I ordered a few dresses from there and with one the hook on top of the zipper was missing. This was a Wednesday when I went to pick it up I informed the girl working and she said she would have to call the owner. The owner then said I would have to pay 25 dollars rush fee to get it fixed due to needing it that weekend. I informed the girl that I purchased a brand new dress that I was not going to be paying 25 dollars when the dress should have came with that hook to begin with. Kassy then came in and was rude saying that they check the dresses completely before to make sure they are okay and complete. She blamed me that when I tried on the dress it must have fell off. Uh excuse me so you are selling me some cheap dress that falls apart the first time you wear it? I told her no the hook is no where to be found and I will not be paying for it to get fixed because it should have been there. Kassy kept telling me no that that was not there problem that it’s the company that made the dress. I then told her well you need to take responsibility because that’s the company you order thru. Her mom said they would fix it for 5 dollars I said no I refuse to pay due to I paid for a complete dress that was not cheap and it was not my fault it didn’t have a hook. At the end they did fix it at no charge but it was the worst experience ever. It is just very unprofessional that they do no admit there mistakes and always try to blame others. I know I have not been the only one with an issue I know if someone would have told me how they were before hand I would have not gone there. This will definitely be the last time I purchase from them.

I came here for my engagement dress and this store offers so much selection. We were also on a deadline and the store was able to get my dress in a timely manner. Everyone was very helpful and personable and I was able to get my dress and accessories to match. Loved my dress and the quality of help we received. We had all our questions answered and got the dress in time for my big party!

The girls at the shop are wonderful! Especially JoAnna! She is always so nice, helpful, professional and a sweetheart! Please be sure to take good care of her as she takes care of your business!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Went in to look for a wedding dress & they did not want to see us because we «needed an appointment». I had called earlier but they never told me it was needed. They need to add a sign outside saying appointment is required. That would’ve saved us a trip… There were 3 – 4 employees, & 2 maybe even 1 customer. But they still didn’t want to see me. I had already taken a look, had three dresses set aside & then I was told I couldn’t try them on. It was horrible.
I would NOT recommend this place to others, unfortunately. You’d think they’d want to help you since they were not busy but, NO. Just not people I’d want to do business with. /:

The staff is amazing! The owner’s obviously take pride in their business. Amazing selection, top of the line service, and gorgeous accessories! I would definitely recommend this place for your next party, dance, quinceañera, wedding, or whatever special event you have coming up! 5 stars FOR SURE!

I always have a great experience whenever I come to this shop. The service is nothing short of fabulous. The girls here are so attentive and helpful and did not give up on finding me the perfect dress every time. I got my Quinceañera dress from here as well as my damas’ dresses and chambelanes’ tuxedos. The quince specialist kassy was soo nice! I’ve also purchased my first communion and eighth grade graduation dresses from here. So I know that they have dresses here for any occasion whether it’s a prom, Quinceañera, or wedding.

I had the Best Experience ever at this bridal shop!!! yessy, the owners daughter, made us feel like ROYALTY!!! Being in the service industry, I realize that in today’s world, great customer service is a dying breed… but I was so pleased when we arrived without an appointment, and she fit us in!!! i found my bridal gown and accessories there, and are going to be ordering my bridesmaids dresses there as well. I highly recommend this store for any bride to be, and also want to give a shout out to her associates that also work in the store. The selection is awesome, and if they don’t have it on hand, in most cases, they can order it for you! Some stores for brides are pushy, and want to get you into the expensive dresses, but yessy stayed within our budget, and that is so appreciated!!!

Updating to respond to the comment left by store. Your statement is incorrect… You guys called me on Tuesday not Monday to inform me that you guys would not have the dress for me. This was after being told twice that I would for sure have the dress no later than Wednesday. (I had called Saturday to check status) I think it’s irrelevant if you requested a rush delivery or not. I paid for the dress upfront.
I did appreciate that one of your employees did called me days later to apologize and did offer to waive the alterations fee if I decided to go with the size you guys had. Only it was too late and on top of that felt that the only reason for the offer was due to my initial review. The lady that called me on Tuesday should have offered that to begin with. (Would have made a huge difference)

I appreciate the kind responses from this establishment. Although there are a few things I wish had been handled slightly differently, the treatment I received each time I went in there was extremely pleasant and friendly. They have some really good inventory too, a good mix of classic, trendy, and also unique looks. I tell all my bride-​to-​be friends to check this place out when wedding dress shopping.

I wouldn’t leave any stars!!! This is the worse most unprofessional customer service ever!!! I had ordered a dress early October and didn’t get it until the week of my event in January. To top it off they ordered the wrong color & I still needed alterations:-(they were still trying to put the blame on me instead of helping solve their mistake. I had pictures to prove them wrong! They were very rude!!! I wouldn’t go back again or recommend this awful place to anyone!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had I any retail store. At first they were very helpful, always in a good mood, very sweet, but when they made mistakes they blamed everything else except take responsibility for simple fixable mistakes. The worst part is the dishonesty, I’m not sure if it was intentional or inexperience, but several times I caught them in inconsistencies that they denied until i whipped out my proof and showed
black and white, then it was blaming each other for what happened or «misunderstandings».
When I went for fittings they were never prepared, misplaced my dress the first time and the second time it was in a bunch of pieces, didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. The dress they sold me was damaged and they kmew it but didn’t say anything to me until I brought it to their attention, and the sales person Cassie, at first said it was barley noticeable and then in the same breath, said I should’ve noticed it from the beginning, and that was the reason why it was discounted, and on sale, and anyone with common sense would know why it’s a sale item.
If that wasn’t enough, I was told my dress was a nightmare to deal with. When one person told me something was done, I’d question it and they other person would say something completely different.. right in front of each other. When I finally went to pick it up, it still wasn’t fixed like they said it would be. By that time… I had just had enough and decided to take my dress the way it was, messed up and dirty.
The only consolation they gave me was at the end they said they’d give me my money back, lol… 4 day’s from my event.. like it would make it better, then I would only have 4 day’s to shop for a dress, unrealistic.
All through the process I tried to be understanding and accommodating, … not one time, did they show any concern for what was happening until the last day, when the mother finally said, yes they made a lot of mistakes and her daughter should not have acted the way she did. Never have I ever experienced anything like this from ANYONE in a retail store.
I actually feel bad for them. The service was disgraceful and they lacked any sense of integrity until I mentioned about spreading the word about my experience. Then at the last minute they wanted to make it right… very upsetting experience.

Inattentive and pricey. I went twice in one week and both times I was unacknowledged. Also, they will not allow you to take photos because the «designers» have a problem with it. Out of all the boutiques in the area this has been the only one with that policy, doesn’t help considering the bride is out of state and photos are necessary.

Bought my wedding dress here and I had such an amazing time choosing a dress, it was the third one I tried on at the bridal store and the owner was so nice as well as her daughters. They were very attentive, I can’t thank them enough for their help in being apart of this amazing experience and one that I will forever remember! I even bought my bridesmaid dresses and my mother bought her dress as well as my veil, and small headpiece, because of it they have us a discount on all our purchases. My family and myself can’t thank them enough and I will definitely be recommending my family and friends here if they ever need a weeding dress, bridesmaid dress or evening dress. Can’t wait for my fOnly 3 months until the big day, October 18^th, 2014!!!

Worst costumer service ever. Owner doesn’t get off the phone to help customers. It’s helpful and is overpriced
