They help our shop out so much. I love the customer service and they have great prices

Not much help in the store, and they don’t have any shopping carts for people with bad backs to carry bulk oil or heavy materials with. People at the counter are nice but busy and I hate pestering them to carry a case of oil for me.

Mike was super helpful. My daughters car battery died. My husband called from out of town to ask about prices & installation. Mike said no problem he could install it right then. We took it in and were back in the road in 15 minutes. Also, the price was $ 10 cheaper than anywhere else!

My wife and I stopped into this place to replace a battery in my sons GTI 15 minutes before closing, they said no time!
Went to Autozone and they dropped a battery in short order. Sad service.

I saw someone leave a bad review that wasn’t even for this store, and it brought the rating down. so I’ll leave my review to help. I buy all my car care products here and they carry my favorite meguiars stuff. They aren’t always the cheapest, but when i find a better price, they price match it. The service is great, and the workers are friendly.

OK, Never had a need to review an auto parts store and I have never been to this particular store. Googled the nearest store cause I needed wiper blades and it was raining so I skipped Pep Boys which was farther away. As soon as I enter the store, a young man at the register offers to help me. I said i was just there to get the blades and I could find them. He politely insisted he could get them faster and after I told him my vehicle description he offered three different price ranges. When I picked the mid pair, he even went and got them, I did not expect that. After the sale, he offered to put them on! Never had that kind of service before. I wish I had got his name O’Reilly’s can expect all my business in the future.
