Pro Tint Window Tinting

I was pretty impressed with these guys. I purchased a deal through Cascade and they hooked me up with this shop. I wasn’t sure of what to expect and was thinking seedy place where lots of guys hung out? The waiting room I big and comfortable, definitely masculine but nice. The guys who own the shop were nice and professional. I was only getting my windshield replaced but the gentleman that did it was courteous, fast, didn’t try to overbook himself so I was in and out in a couple hours. I did get to overhear the tint side and the owner was a cool guy, straight shooter, and tells you how it is.
I was impressed, I will be back if I want my windows tinted.
I do want to say if you are looking for CHEAP (low cost /​low quality) this isn’t your place but if you are looking for multiple levels of quality product then come here and it seemed like it was reasonable pricing.

Called around 9 in the morning, she got us in for a drop off appointment at 10. Called us at 2 that the car was ready. Amazing and competitive prices. Super professional every step of the way, even when I called just for info and was being annoying with a million questions. The work was done on my boyfriends brand new 16′ Subaru WRX, his first vehicle with payments so he was nervous about who we chose. They just made believers out of us and gained 2 new customers. Thank you guys for the amazing work and great customer service! We will definitely be back in the future.

I got my whole car tinted here recently (windshield, front roll-​ups, and back half). It’s a nice small business that takes good care of your car and they gave me a nice pre-​summer discount. Tinting takes about 3 hrs so make sure you have someone that can give you a ride while the car is being serviced. There were some bubbles in the tint initially, but the sun dried them out after a day and it is a nice smooth finish now.
Just FYI, the primary reason for tinting your windows is to keep out the UV, not the heat. Even if the tint blocks out 40% of the heat, your car will be hot after it’s been left for 30 minutes in the summer sun. The tint does not eliminate heat, but it does make the sun more bearable. Your AC doesn’t have to work as hard to keep the car cool and your left arm will not be more tanned than your right arm even though it’s closer to the window. It costs around $ 600 to tint the whole car which is pricey, but in my opinion it’s worth it especially if you have infants/​toddlers sitting in the back. (Also, did I mention we got a discount because we asked nicely: D ?)
Pro Tint also gives a discount for paying cash (~$ 40) instead of credit card. They do not accept check.

I had my vehicle tinted July of 2013. I was happy with the results; however, the tint did not last. I was not concerned because I knew they would take care of me and that it had a life-​time warranty for defective tint. When calling the establishment, the receptionists stated there would be a charge to remove defective tint and I would have to purchase new tint. I was very dissatisfied with how they handle business. Why? According to Pro-​Tint, the consumer is responsible for saving the original receipt. The business states, they do not save invoices, duplicates of transactions. This was upsetting to hear. I then tried to brainstorm a way to get it replaced. I asked, What if I find the charge on my account? And, bring in the bank statement in to your establishment? They said no, we must have the original receipt. Unfortunately, they lost my business in the future. Hopefully, by posting this review, the business will consider saving transactions and saving future clients.

my husband and i both had our cars done at pro tint. he had a slight problem that was immediately taken care of. today i took my new car to Glen and im very happy with the pricing, customer service, amd most important… my windows. Thanks Glen. we will for sure send you referrals whenever we can!
