I came across Siler’s at their booth at the Solano County Fair. They had some nice etched glassware and similar gifts. I purchased an etched wine glass which was then wrapped and placed in a bag. When walking out of the exhibit hall the handle on the bag broke and the glass stem shattered. I brought it back and Dale was very nice and offered to send me a replacement (since she did not have any more in stock). It has been 6 weeks and I still have not received my replacement despite multiple follow-​up. The products looks nice, but buyer beware of the poor customer service.
