Moises and his team were great! Professional, courteous, friendly, efficient, careful with our belongings (nothing arrived scratched or damaged) and very competitively priced. Moises in particular was a pleasure to work with. He always had a smile, and was very friendly, level-​headed, and easy to work with throughout our moving process – starting with an initial home visit, straight through until the final pieces of furniture were moved into our new home.
My husband and I recently moved from a home in Albany, CA to El Cerrito, CA. While we don’t have a huge amount of stuff, our Albany home had 3 flights of stairs, and fairly narrow/​tight turns. The moving team were careful and also innovative (lowering our couch down from our back deck instead of down those narrow stairs).
I appreciated that they provided boxes for us (the dish packs and the wardrobe boxes were particularly helpful), and plenty of packing paper and tape. Though I actually preferred the boxes that didn’t require any tape at all – brilliant!
I would definitely call Moises and his team again, though I hope we’re not moving again anytime soon :)

These guys moved my family from SF to Oakland on the hottest day of the year (2012). Some minor bumps and bruises on the furniture, however this was expected given some large objects and an complicated old house (small doors). The move was mostly on time and pain free (except the heat). They provided boxes and helped with some packing.
The estimate was very detailed and borderline confusing, but the bottom line is this company is professional, affordable, and dependable — 5 staas.

I had never moved an office before… Moises Hernandez and The Bee Moving to the rescue!!! He was recommended by a friend who had worked with him for many years, so the initial trust was there, but he really helped me through this totally new process.
Ours was a corporate move that needed to happen in a short window of hours, so as to minimize company down-​time. We needed the whole office liquidated of our old furniture system first — Moises helped us expedite this quickly to make room for all the new furnishings, working in time with our contractor, electrician, and IT teams. He estimated his deadlines perfectly and did what he could to save us cost. His fees are more than fair, and he encouraged using boxes he provided that would be re-​used. We really felt like he was there for us. I’m a project manager, and was throughly impressed with his project and time management.
Moises and his team were most professional and hard-working…they never slowed down, and always with smiles on their faces! My experience was so outstanding that I asked Bee to help move some furniture to my home, which was the same positive experience.
Not only do I consider Moises and Bee a dependable, affordable, and professional company, but I also now consider Moises a friend.

I didn’t know a local mover and past «mover trauma» has always made me apprehensive. Luckily, someone at work recommended Moises Hernandez. Se assured me that he was one of the most professional movers she had ever used.
Fortunately, she was right.
He showed up right on time to give me an estimate. He was courteous and professional all the way.
Prior to moving day, he dropped off some used boxes for me to pack some things. His crew also packed quite a bit the day before the move. Moving day is usually stressful, especially in the city. Moises and his crew kept their cool even when we had some unexpected issues (some furniture wouldn’t make it through the front door).
I hope that I don’t have to move for a very, very long time. But if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Moises and the crew at Bee Moving. Go with these guys… One less thing to worry about on moving day!

Moises handled two Corporate moves for me like a professional. His team is helpful and very capable; I felt they really cared about getting the job done right.
Moises quoted the job fairly, by the task as opposed to giving an hourly rate. Frankly, I was surprised at the level of integrity Moises operates with.

Moises Hernandez is the utmost in professionalism. He and his crew took great care with our things and were very helpful and communicative throughout the process. He dropped off boxes for us a few weeks ahead of time so that we could box up some of our things ourselves. His movers helped us pack the rest. We wanted to take time unpacking some of our boxes — he came and picked up the empty boxes when we were done. The move took longer than Moises had anticipated but he honored his original estimate — not a lot of movers would do that. We only had one toy that was broken in the move. Moises took it and within a couple of weeks we had a brand new toy piano (the exact same brand) at our front door. These are really nice, hard-​working guys. Highly recommend.

Moises Hernandez, the owner and team leader, is fantastic and made my move as painless as possible. He provided a detailed and very reaonable estimate, lent me moving boxes, was prompt with communications and arrived with his very professional moving team.
