Tuesday Morning

I give 2 stars not for the product they sell but for the customer service I received. I was there the other day trying to purchase some luxury pillows from my new couch. One of the pillows was a little flat so I ask for a discount which I
the middle of helping me the manager that was ringing me up simply walked away to help a different customer at a different register I found it very offensive what makes them any different than I? She’d even didn’t acknowledge me did not say excuse me I will be right back pardon me for one second I was in Customer Service for six years I would have never done that to one of my customers this is so rude I was about to pay at least $ 50 for these pillows it shouldn’t matter how much I was spending a dollar fifty cents ‚$ 100 I was a customer just like the other person just because this happened I walked out without purchasing these pillows I’ll never return to this establishment. I was truly offended. Like I said the products are great prices are reasonable clearance is amazing but the customer service from the one manager ruined my entire experience the other people that work there or just glorious they were great people to talk to and I had questions that they had quick answers to but the manager it just felt like I was taking up «precious“time.

This place is one of the stops of our Modesto mall crawl lol. Usually, on lazy Sundays, the spouse and I will frequent a couple of shopping establishments to peruse and fulfill our gatherer instinct. This place is always on the list. They have a decent combination of good finds and things you didnt know you wanted until you saw them. Plus as Ive stated in my tip, they carry a good selection of sheets and pillow cases in the standard king size. For those of you that havent made the transition to cal-​king and are sticklers for neat edges when you make the bed, getting decent king sized sheets is a must. So stop by, laze around, you will probably find something you like, and if you get peckish, «la Huerta Vieja» is just a few steps away and they make a mean burrito.

I’m a fan of Tuesday morning. This is a tidy and neat store. The management is friendly and helpful. I had to return items I bought at another Tuesday morning– they were very helpful and easy to work with. I plan to go there tomorrow to use a gift certificate. I hope I find something fun!!! I live about an hour away in Sonora and don’t want to come back empty handed. I’ve bought three rugs at Tuesday morning, some art supplies and some nice decorations– a small profile dresser with wicker drawers — keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow. I wish there was one closer to my home. I might give this a 5 star — but I think the location is a little away from other shopping so maybe less convenient but then again — pretty good parking.

I really like Tuesday Morning, they have very unique more well-​made items, not your everyday factory Walmart junk. I’d say Tuesday morning is more like a well organized, higher-​end Ross or Marshall’s minus the clothes. You can find dishes small appliances, furniture, purses luggage, towels sheets, pillows, Nice rugs holiday novelties stuff for your pets, children’s toys, baby toys blankets, they also have electronics accessories phone cases headphones Bluetooth keyboards things of that nature. I really dig their craft and hobby and stationary section. Great selection of clearance items too, tagged with different colors for different percentages off from 40% to 80%. I’m a big fan because anymore it’s so hard to find anything unique or well-​made without paying a hefty price. My boyfriend went for his first trip and he wasn’t in a big hurry to leave so there’s a wider range of items. Kind a like going to the mall without the parking lot and the walk.
The store was clean and organize the staff seemed helpful.

I Love Tues morning. I’ve gotten some great deals. I love peacock alley sheets. I could spend hours in this store!

My children (age 12 & 15) & I were walking around the store just looking for Christmas gift ideas. I was appalled how the owner/​manager followed us down each & every aisle. It was really uncomfortable. He also had another employee come follow us as I think he figured out I was irritated. I will never shop there. If we were going to steal something be sure that’s it’s not going to be from a discount store!

NOT really Bargains! Watch out! They are selling the SMALLER of a Chesapeake Royal Resort TWO Bath Rug Set for $ 49! They Claim that ONE SMALL RUG has a List Price of $ 99, when the ACTUAL List Price for the TWO Rug Set was $ 59.99!

Now here is a find. I’ll bet anything that just about everyone who reads this review has been in this store, if not to buy, then, just out of couriosity. This store has all the name brands in it. It is the items that all of the big stores cant sell. Well now you can get that item that was too expensive at nordstroms, macy’s etc., at almost 50% cheaper. Items here not sold are either recycled or sent to the goodwill, yahoo bell-​ringers.
