The maintenance staff is wonderful. Paul and Ricky are professional, seasoned and dependable. These gentlemen go above and beyond to ensure that the tenants are happy by providing their services in a prompt, effective, reliable and friendly manner. Due to these qualities, they promote a positive relationship with the community. Paul and Ricky are the foundation of this complex. My family and I thank them for their dedication and hard work.

The pool the workout room the fishing the swimming the security and so much more.
Their are many units u can choose from that will fit your needs. The model that is shown to you is just an example as to what some of the units offer.
The staff is willing to help you in your needs and will work with you.
Remember these are apartments not a home, condo, or townhouse.

Mgmt has worked with my situation going from rental to homeowner .
Maintenance is great especially Paul.
He is on time. Very thorough.
Follows up and makes sure job is completed.
They are lucky to have such a dedicated employee.

I moved here recently after living in houses my whole life. Icendry was amazing in helping me transition. The apartment is just beautiful and so comfy. The service… amazing! I call and they are right here making it right… with a smile. The grounds are wonderful and so welcoming. Improvements and upgrades are constantly happening! AND pet friendly!!! My pups love it too! I have the most amazing neighbors and couldn’t be happier!

The lease here is ridiculous and you will be charged a 10−15% increase each year. If you don’t give 60 days notice on move-​out, you are charged even more money for an insufficient notice fee (don’t worry, it’s prorated daily to get the maximum money out of you). Garbage pick-​up is not free, it’s an additional $ 25. Windows leak and I was left with a broken dryer (with wet clothes in it) over a long weekend. Cigarette butts are everywhere. Leasing office is dismissive and rude to requests.

Do not live here!!! The lease is unbelievable that you have to sign. Even if your spouse dies you have to pay rent for the term of the lease. It actually says that in the lease. Even if you have to move out before the lease ends you have to pay!
There is dog poop every where.
They charge you extra for garbage which you are REQUIRED to pay. It’s $ 25/​month!
No visitors allowed at the pool on the weekend. They are nasty about it.
The office is not friendly. They try to bribe everyone to like them on Facebook in exchange for giftcard. They don’t care that you can’t afford your $ 2400/​month rent.
They increase everyone’s rent ANNUALLY between 10−15% sometimes more!!!
Rent is HIGH. As much as a mortgage!
They tell you their shareholders are their priority not you.
They also do bi-​annual inspections of your apt & tell you they can come anytime in a 5 days period. They also tell you to remove your pets during this time!!!
$ 50 fine if you have a wreath on your front door.
Don’t live here!

Leasing office is rude, dismissive and incompetent.
They are unresponsive and ineffective at running this property. From broken appliances at move in, falsely showing the model unit (don’t get excited, yours will NEVER look like the model unit) and delaying repairs on the most important maintenance items (AC unit, washing machine, dishwasher, leaks, floods, sewage flood into the bathroom from an upstairs neighbor).
Also their «rent range» in sites like Zillow are also false. Just wait for your lease renewal where they increase your rent E-​V-​E-​R-​Y Y-​E-​A-​R. Highway robbery.
STAY FAR AWAY. YOU DO NOT WANT TO RENT OR LIVE HERE.

This property has been sold yet again! It seems LPG still is managing it, but now there’s a ton of problems in the apartments from the previous company just not caring enough to fix anything since they knew they were offloading it soon.
They’re also refusing to fix anything in a timely manner if you’ve been here for a while– seems they want you to leave so apartments can be «rehabbed» (splash of paint over rust and mold!) and flipped to new clients who will pay their crazy prices to live in northern westchester. You know, next to the neighbors that have «friends» roll up in lots of different cars, spend five minutes in an apartment and come out counting cash. Or the ones who hang out in the ton of empty apartments around. Or perhaps with the cops who are frequently here!
The cops are at least nice.
